I have been a regular customer at this BR/DD since it opened. I am disappointed in the ice cream cake ordered for my husband’s birthday.In the special instructions, I indicated that there was a gluten allergy so the cake should be only ice cream. I have made the request before and the store was able to accommodate. Unfortunately, this time it came with cake. This is upsetting because I ordered the cake larger because he loves ice cream cake and now he cannot even eat it.

Location has been out of my go to item for sometime now so I like to call prior to heading that way since I live a couple blocks down. Literally called right now, heard the employee pick the phone up and place it back down without acknowledging me. Hung up and tried to call back but the line says it’s busy now....this dude left the phone off the handle so he wouldn’t receive phone calls for the rest of the night....just say u hate ur job and go
