I have been a regular customer at this BR/DD since it opened. I am disappointed in the ice cream cake ordered for my husband’s birthday.In the special instructions, I indicated that there was a gluten allergy so the cake should be only ice cream. I have made the request before and the store was able to accommodate. Unfortunately, this time it came with cake. This is upsetting because I ordered the cake larger because he loves ice cream cake and now he cannot even eat it.

I want to give five stars to this location because their service has been consistently good, and in some cases, excellent. Tonight (3/20) was no exception. The sole staff member managed the flux of late night customers with patience and accuracy and a very positive attitude. He was nice to me and that goes a long way- in my opinion - and is a determining factor when I decide which of the many dunkin Baskin locations I have the choice to give my business to. It's really hard to find workers right now, particularly in the restaurant industry, and even more so in the areas outside of Chicago (where the minimum is not $15/hr). Customers can be brutal, demanding, immature, and downright nasty - and it's gotten even worse since COVID. Anyway I can't let an opportunity to give a good review pass me by. Maybe management will see this and give the employee some well deserved praise. Oh and the ice cream, coffee and bagels are always good at this location. I hope they keep up the good work cuz I'll def be back. I hope the manager sees this

Location has been out of my go to item for sometime now so I like to call prior to heading that way since I live a couple blocks down. Literally called right now, heard the employee pick the phone up and place it back down without acknowledging me. Hung up and tried to call back but the line says it’s busy now....this dude left the phone off the handle so he wouldn’t receive phone calls for the rest of the night....just say u hate ur job and go

Great Ice Cream treats of all sorts. Generous portions and toppings. Also, freezer ready cartons to take home.
My wife needs the occasional late night banana split, this place delivers.

Very loud and misguided kind of place. Not for anyone to sit and chill at... it's in and out at this place...
