MY daughter and I tried out this place when she was home for a visit and we are HOOKED! The honey garlic wings have been cooked to perfection every time we have ordered.

The food is good just like other bbq chickens but the lady in the front is not welcoming to me and my friend, we were ignored despite of being polite. But she was all smiling when she served other customers. It just felt like she was selective who she wants to be nice with. Will just go to another branch next time

I am ordering every month, chicken was little dry and over cooked since last year. I am not sure that kitchen fried half way and fry again for fast, but food quality is not getting better than use to be.

I did take out for a gathering last night, and the wings were delicious. We got the honey garlic and galbi flavored wings, and they were a hit with everyone at the party. A friend who has done takeaway with them previously said that their kimchi fried rice was the best they’ve had, so I’ll try that next time. My order was ready to go at the time promised. I will definitely order again!

Usually only ever order online for pick up or delivery. The food is so good. I usually only get bone in because it tastes better but their boneless is bone-in wings with the bones removed. It’s SO good. I haven’t had anything I don’t like yet.

Can tell chicken isn't fresh. Thats hard to do when chicken is deep fried. Real gassy after eating too

My favorite fried chicken place. They always close at 10 pm, so we always arrive around 9:45 pm and end up eating in the car by the parking lot, which I don’t mind because my favorite honey garlic chicken wings are the best, especially when they are still hot and crispy. We have been here almost every week and we are coming back again this Sunday.

I was really excited to try bb.q Chicken in Niles, since Korean fried chicken is one of my all-time favorite comfort foods, but unfortunately my experience here was a big letdown. To be fair, the chicken itself was actually pretty good. It came out hot, crispy, and flavorful, with that satisfying crunch you expect from Korean style fried chicken. If I were judging this place on the chicken alone, it would easily deserve a higher rating.
The problem, however, is everything else. The very first thing you notice when you walk in is the awful smell that lingers throughout the restaurant. It honestly smelled like sewage, and it was so strong that it made me want to vomit. It’s incredibly hard to enjoy your meal when the entire space smells like that, and it makes you question what’s going on with the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant itself.
Another issue is the pricing. For the amount you pay here, the value just isn’t there. Chicago and the surrounding suburbs are filled with Korean fried chicken spots that not only serve larger portions and more flavorful chicken, but also do it for a much more reasonable price. When you compare bb.q Chicken Niles to those alternatives, it becomes obvious very quickly that this place doesn’t measure up.
For me, this location is really just a last resort option. If you’re absolutely craving Korean chicken and don’t have any other choices nearby, it’ll do in a pinch, but I can’t see myself coming back regularly. Between the sewage smell, the high prices, and the fact that there are so many better options in the area, I’d suggest skipping this spot and going somewhere else instead.

We ordered carry out on a Friday night, the food was ready on time and it was still piping hot when we brought it home to eat. Definitely will pick up again! 😊
