Came here on Sunday, March 3rd 2024. Service was great but a bit slow. The restrooms need to be deep cleaned. Super gross stuff on the sink, no hand soap available, toilet was dirty and bathroom floors felt a bit sticky. The food, however, is amazing. I see why people rave about it. Great quality and taste amazing! Just wish the bathrooms were cleaner!

Oh, yum! Really glad we tried this place since it's close to home. We ordered galbi and honey garlic wings, and we were greatly impressed by the flavor and the quality of the chicken. Definitely will visit again because I want to try their tteokbokki.

Definitely our new favorite spot for Korean fried chicken! The restaurant is very clean with a chill vibe and the service was attentive and friendly.We ordered honey garlic wings and galbi wings. The galbi wings were good, but the honey garlic wings were next level. We both agreed that they were the best wings we've ever had and we've been to several Korean fried chicken places. We appreciate that this place actually serves sauces that are truly mild/no spice since some other bigger establishments in the area are very spicy even if ordering mild.The chicken was juicy and the breading had the addicting crispiness that Korean fried chicken should have.The fries are also very good and are pretty much like straightened out curly fries. Can't wait to visit again!

I had a very unpleasant experience recently while picking up my take-out order at the bb.q chicken location in Niles. The employee who was handling my order was extremely rude. She didn't even greet me when I walked into the store, and didn't say a single word when I left. The quality of the food at this location was also subpar. There was hardly any meat in the boneless chicken pieces. Although I was supposed to get 24 pieces, some of them were so small that they should not have been counted. Due to this experience, I will be sure to order from bb.q chicken locations at other places in the future.

This used to be one of my favorite places However I went there today and brought the lunch special for almost $15 I was still charged a regular price even though I didn't take the soda ,What restaurant doesn't have bottled water I would have been better off going to Popeye's or KFC for the amount that I spent at least I would have known I would have got my money's worth. Look at photo and tell me if that's worth $15

Ordered the Gangjeong Wings and Secret Sauce Whole Chicken (got 1/2 chicken) with side of rice. They give you picked radish that comes in an 8oz container.Wings are double fried like Bonchon, however the Gangjeong sauce was lacking unfortunately. I didn't really taste the sauce with each bite. The secret sauce chicken was good, but the sauce was bit too sweet for my taste.I would order the whole chicken instead of the wings. Whole Chicken was fried better, juicer and held the sauce better. Nephew told me their spicy golden original is really good, so will have to try that next time.

Food , amazing and fresh as ever. Service takes a while as amazing as the food is it's super understandable why it takes a little longer but I don't care it's worth WORTH IT. Ambience is nice and super cute. Love coming here with the family.

Amazing chicken spot, lots of selections to choose from. Rose ddeok boki was really delicious and flavor was well crafted. Will definitely be returning here before i leave.

We loved the food and atmosphere of this place. The texture and taste of their wings are great. They are able to keep a very crunchy texture even when their wings are doused in sauce. The kimchi fried rice is a must try and a phenomenal dish if you love kimchi. The only negative is that all the sauces we tried(3 sauces) seemed to have a sweet flavor to them even if they were spicy. I wish they had just a savory sauce without a hint of sweetness. All of the wings came with pickled radishes, and those tasted sweet as well. The vibe is outstanding here because they have cute little areas with light up signs, mirrors, and wings to take pictures. They also have a fun old-school gaming console, and we were able to play games like street fighter. The music is a vibe as well! We will come back to another bbq chicken that's closer to home to try the lunch specials because those looked intriguing as well.
