I’m surprised to see the bad reviews about this location. For the times I’ve dealt with Brandi, she’s been sweet, helpful and accommodating. It’s sad to see the Green Stripe pizza and Chicken pesto are no longer on the menu. Knowing that these are staples for our family, Brandi and her staff have been able to work their magic and make these items for us.

Horrible customer service, general manager Brandi N. is very rude and unprofessional . I ordered a pizza via the Blaze app and entered in “special instructions” for the sauce to be put on the side (instead of drizzled). The pizza was meant to be split between children. They said that they ignore special instructions on online orders and put the sauce on the pizza because it costs extra if you get it on the side. I asked why they didn’t just call me to inform me of this, I did not mind paying extra to have it on the side. Manager once again said they just ignore special instructions on online orders. They refused to make another pizza and said if I wanted it remade, I’d have to pay for another pizza. So unprofessional! Will not be returning here!!

We ordered our slices in a unique way, and Anza was incredibly patient and accommodating. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We appreciate the attention to detail and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

It is a nice place, and somehow the oven does not affect the atmosphere there even though it is directly faced towards the customers, and yeah food is good over there

I have been a customer for since day first 8 or 9 years. I always recommend this place to my friends or friends of my friend's family anyone who ask for pizza I recommend it, at least 30 people are customers now. But I really got disappointed. I ordered build your own as usual. Mr Carlos was the one who was making the pizza. He didn't even say Hello welcome to blaze, he even didn't smile to me or an eye contact or nothing. He asked me which sauce I said classic he put half of the spoon it was no sauce on it. Then he out Mozzarella cheese same it was half the spoon no cheese on it. When I asked him for a little more cheese, he refused. The pizza was awful I didn't eat it, I had to throw it No cheese no sauce nothing. Then he made comment where I look Hispanic and I don't speak Spanish. That made me very uncomfortable, I felt like I was racially profiled. I don't want him to lose his job, but he needs to change his attitude. I don't need anything from blaze but treating me like this it's unacceptable.

Never had a problem with this location until today. During our visit, it seemed like the manager or supervisor was “training” a new employee. I put training in quotation marks because of how unprofessional the manager was treating the employee. The employee, who seemed to be in training, was making my pizza when the manager let her know she put the cheese on my pie incorrectly. When I asked for more cheese, the manager walked over and said to the trainee, “see!” My husband said the manager seemed condescending to the employee when they were making his pizza as well.
I’m not upset about a new employee making my pizza…everyone needs grace when they’re learning. What made me uncomfortable was how the manager talked to her employee in a condescending manner. Not to mention, they did this in front of other employees and customers.
Horrible customer service, would not put spinach before cheese because “that’s against the rules”. I love blaze pizza been to several stores and they are happy to make it the way you want but this location today had horrendous customer service. Not only did they deny our polite request for putting spinach before other toppings, they also refused to put fallows of sauce that we have been getting for years at other blaze locations. Very very disappointed, will likely never return to this location ever again. Condescending and rude.

I have a gluten allergy. The people who served me were great, but the pizza was not done enough. The crust was rubbery because they cooked it on some silicone type tray, which does not allow the crust to cook. It was pretty gross, honestly

Blaze pizza is great place but gm or whatever she is very rude and overall not for this place My pizza was missing cheese it was burned horrible and I paid for delivery through grubhub but this gm rude made me bri g her burned pizza to give me another cold pizza supposedly she made for me My stomach hurts from few bites of burned pizza and ppl don't order delivery order so they make it in front of you .

They have good pizza and cheesy bread. I love that they have Gluten Free pizza crust options and you can choose whatever toppings you want on your pizza. The place is always clean as well which is a plus. Nice workers too
