Forgive me if I have the wrong location, but two nights in a row I’ve ordered from this blaze and was happy to pick my ingredients at first. First delivery I thought that it was just me warming up the pizza but tonight I got a stone cold pizza - not gonna order here again

Blaze Pizza that I used to know is gone! The quality went way down, the way you make pizza is completely different than I used to know. Now is either uncooked or burnt. You add less and less toppings and cheese. My local Blaze Pizza in Niles Illinois has such rude stuff! They literally smash the chicken to look that they add enough toppings. Not to mention that if you dare to say something they start to yell. The manager is very rude, definitely not qualified to work with people. This is my last time I’m spending money to your restaurant! I wrote you several feedbacks but nothing changed.

Never tried Blaze before. Was very surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff. Everyone smiling and doing their thing. Carlos explained everything to me and even made a recommendation for crust size. He definitely made my experience a great one and I will definitely be back! Perfect crispy crust and no flop, 10/10

I recently visited Blaze Pizza. The food was good, and the service was decent, but unfortunately, one thing completely overshadowed the experience. A staff member kept loudly screaming customers’ names every few minutes. The volume was unnecessary, and in the small space, it was extremely disruptive.
Honestly, it’s hard to focus on the food or service when the constant screaming makes the place feel chaotic and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue, because otherwise the dining experience suffers.

The pizza was quite good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would normally have rated this place four stars but I'm comparing it to itself a few years ago. I've come here for a while and I order something vegan and my mom always gets a simple pie and she asks for extra cheese. In the past that has been no problem but this time they very carefully measured the cheese and then told her she can't get more cheese with the simple pie, she needs to pay for the one topping. It's totally fine and we paid for the extra cheese, but I do feel like having to pay more for less food drops the rating a bit. Still very good food and great vegan options.

I’m surprised to see the bad reviews about this location. For the times I’ve dealt with Brandi, she’s been sweet, helpful and accommodating. It’s sad to see the Green Stripe pizza and Chicken pesto are no longer on the menu. Knowing that these are staples for our family, Brandi and her staff have been able to work their magic and make these items for us.

Love blaze, but why don't you have straws? We have the technology now for them to be biodegradable.
Horrible customer service, general manager Brandi N. is very rude and unprofessional . I ordered a pizza via the Blaze app and entered in “special instructions” for the sauce to be put on the side (instead of drizzled). The pizza was meant to be split between children. They said that they ignore special instructions on online orders and put the sauce on the pizza because it costs extra if you get it on the side. I asked why they didn’t just call me to inform me of this, I did not mind paying extra to have it on the side. Manager once again said they just ignore special instructions on online orders. They refused to make another pizza and said if I wanted it remade, I’d have to pay for another pizza. So unprofessional! Will not be returning here!!
