Had a group of 5 on Wednesday evening. We had never been there & were in town for the National Sports Card Convention at Rosemont. We're looking for a good place to eat & found Bobby's luckily. 2 adults & 3 teenage kids in our group. We were all very pleasantly surprised at the service, quality & quantity of food and especially the warm & extremely friendly service. The place was awesome. A time capsule from simplier days. Our meals were fresh, delicious & hot. Just like home. We all had different meals. Spaghetti with meat balls, shrimp dinner, steak sandwich, cheeseburger & mosticiolli. They were all excellent & plentifull. To have all 3 kids say it was extremely good, is rare these days. They were exstatic & also full. Needless to say, we will defintely be back next year to dine there again. Places like Booby's are diamonds in the rough. See you next year & thank you very much for your hospitality folks. Next time, we're all getting some balaclava. A big thank you, to you & your staff. Much appreciated.

Depending on who is at the counter, you either get a cold hello or nothing. It's a family business with a good reputation from when the old man ran the place. The food is expensive and ala carte. if I am buying their specialty, steak sandwich for $25, the least they can do is throw in a small fry. I probably will not go back anytime soon. Moretti's or Brunch Cafe for a steak sandwich would be a better choice.

The bearded guy at the front desk that claims to be a manager charged my card twice and when i asked him about the charge, he acted like im lying and didn’t return my money. As someone that vists here often, I will never ever return to this restaurant and make sure my family members and friends wont do it either.

Terrible service. Nasty people that work here. Attitudes and just not nice. We came here for years and now WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. SO RUDE IGNORANT AND MONEY HUNGRY. GREED GETS YOU NOWHERE. All because my card I used did not go thru at first and all we had to do is use another and they GOT THEIR PAYMENT and still rude. just worried about how to get their money and i should have JUST CANCELLED THE ORDER AND LEFT
