Had a group of 5 on Wednesday evening. We had never been there & were in town for the National Sports Card Convention at Rosemont. We're looking for a good place to eat & found Bobby's luckily. 2 adults & 3 teenage kids in our group. We were all very pleasantly surprised at the service, quality & quantity of food and especially the warm & extremely friendly service. The place was awesome. A time capsule from simplier days. Our meals were fresh, delicious...
Depending on who is at the counter, you either get a cold hello or nothing. It's a family business with a good reputation from when the old man ran the place. The food is expensive and ala carte. if I am buying their specialty, steak sandwich for $25, the least they can do is throw in a small fry. I probably will not go back anytime soon. Moretti's or Brunch Cafe for a steak sandwich would be a better choice.
Love this place! The food is absolutely amazing. I can’t seem to stop ordering from Booby’s! Whenever there is celebration or a get together and we want to order out…my 1st choice is always Booby’s!
