Rude staff, also forgot some of my food, and I didn’t even order much. Don’t come here.

Service is great and they are quick. Seem to care about the food quality more than a normal bdubs lately. So I've just been getting take out. This place USUALLY follows any requests but they've missed one or two times. No big. 4 star because ya know. It's still bdubs

I just wanted to come on here and say that ebony was so great!! My points system was wonky, took my points before I could even redeem them and she took care of me! I appreciated the patience she had with me, very kind! Ebony thank you again ❤️

Horrible service, our order was incorrect and they have no mechanism to help correct an order. The company only supplied a phone number for contact. I call 5 times but the automated reply hangs up after a minute. So no answer and no way/person to help correct the issue. The Buffalo Wild Wings company is completely disinterested in customer service.

Food is decent not bad not amazing. Feels like poor value for the price. Also the cashier comes off as rude. Told me I cannot do 10 boneless and 10 traditional wings. They must ALL be boneless or traditional. Restricts me to 2 flavors only for 20 wings. Kinda nitpicky but I think I can be when I'm paying more than 30 dollars for wings.

Good job to BWWs for opening up these 'GO' locations! First time visiting one and nice to see a few dine-in tables and seats. Came in on a Thursday for BOGO boneless wings. Was kind of bummed they didn't have their own bleu cheese (but they had their own ranch cups), rather, I can't remember the brand we were given but they were individual cups similar to the ones you'd see at the grocery store. Other than that, the wings were tasty per usual. Would recommend that they add more seasoning to the lemon pepper ones if ordered as dry rub.

Overtaxed staff because corporate doesn't let them stop the flow of orders. On busy days -- opening week, superbowl sunday -- wait times can be up to two hours for some wings.

Great food, patient staff, but order 3h ahead of time on a busy days. Sometimes there's even a wait on normal weekdays.

We came for the free six wings promotion at 4:45 and the lady was so rude and said they stopped at 4:40 when it goes till 5pm and the location was full and nobody was taking orders. People were so mad and nobody was even at the register. 0/5 stars the service sucked.

Because day of the year for wings ( Super Bowl) and they couldn’t get the orders complete. Never in my life have a heard a restaurant say we are not sure when your order will be complete. Also still waiting for my refund. When asked the manager she had an attitude. Not sure if this is a franchise but if it is the individual owner needs to make some changes.
