The app was having an issue so I had to call and place my order I dread calling places but Kenyea answered the phone and was so nice! She sounded happy and glad to help me. When I went in to pick up my order Nehemiah was at the register and was smiling greeted me asked if I was placing an order or if I was doing pick up. He was friendly. He seemed happy just the whole atmosphere was really good. They both gave me really good customer service and just the atmosphere alone between the employee seemed to be happy which you really don’t see much in restaurants anymore. The food was great also!

This is the only BWW I go to anymore. One thing I love is that the food is Consistently good. Unlike my experience at other locations where quality is a coin toss. Staff here is always hard working, helpful, and Taylor is very friendly/outgoing.

Order 30 boneless wings size was very small and barely any sauce on the wings. There was only one kid working there and he looked like was barely 15 . We had order Wingstop few days ago boneless wings meaty and very well sauced. Wonder if BWW does any quality checks on this stand alone location. Will not be ordering from this togo location.

My order was incorrect. How disappointing! I tried to call and no one answered. Focus on your job and do it right. Never going here again! Spicy garlic also tastes like artificial garbage.

I ordered the 20 traditional wings with half wild sauce and half spicy garlic for carry out. I wasn’t sure what sauces I wanted and I asked for some recommendations based on what I liked.
Ebony, the General Manager, was so helpful and patient with me and explained the taste and level of heat each sauce that I asked about had. Everything was fresh AND hot. I’m definitely coming back for more.

This place does not want to exist. Of all the times I've called, no one has ever picked up the phone! Can't imagine this place will stay open for long. Sucks because it's a great location.

Tonight we ordered 20 wings and only 11 wings and Potato Wedges. and we called several times and nothing else answer it is difficult to return to the place after a rainy night, know that they should be more responsible and put people who know how to count well.
