We came for the free six wings promotion at 4:45 and the lady was so rude and said they stopped at 4:40 when it goes till 5pm and the location was full and nobody was taking orders. People were so mad and nobody was even at the register. 0/5 stars the service sucked.

Because day of the year for wings ( Super Bowl) and they couldn’t get the orders complete. Never in my life have a heard a restaurant say we are not sure when your order will be complete. Also still waiting for my refund. When asked the manager she had an attitude. Not sure if this is a franchise but if it is the individual owner needs to make some changes.

Overtaxed staff because corporate doesn't let them stop the flow of orders. On busy days -- opening week, superbowl sunday -- wait times can be up to two hours for some wings.Great food, patient staff, but order 3h ahead of time on a busy days. Sometimes there's even a wait on normal weekdays.

Ordered food for the NFL playoff games. Placed the order two hours in advance. Nothing was ready when we showed up at our pickup time. Place was clearly understaffed. Told us to come back 30 mins later. Came back to get our food and everything was cold.

Ordered at 9pm and the food wasn’t out til 9:30pm. The Hispanic Lady with hand tattoos did not care about service at all and in fact stood in the back the whole time on her phone. The white lady and gentleman were the only nice ones to actually help.

The food is tasty and people are friendly. Ordering on the app makes it very convenient. Only problem I've had is they consistently seem to forget items, almost every time. Once it was an order of onion rings, other times sauces or veggies. Will return but be careful about the accuracy of the orders.

Ehhh. It's a "take out" Buffalo Wild Wings. The hot sauce is hot, wings cooked perfect. The wings are medium-small in size. I got 10wings and potatoe wedges for $20. (They forgot my celery)...If you want good wings in the neighborhood go to Howard Street Inn (2 miles away) trust me, eat them there in the restaurant. (I like Buffalo "well done" little crispy)
Food was great and fresh to order. I usually stick with hot but tried a new flavor and loved the jammin jalapeno.

Newly opened location and I'm excited they did this because the one on Touhy is always busy and the service is terrible. This new location is clean, staff is friendly,and the food was great. Even though is a to-go only location, they do have a few seating available for a quick bite. I came in and was helped and given my food as soon as they were ready. Our food was great and made right. I like how the changed the to-go boxes and there is t so many when you order multiple wings. Definitely coming back again!Parking: They have "take out only" if your going in and grabbing.

Went for the pre opening for the free meal they were giving out. The food was surprisingly good for a takeout place. My only critique would be that they didn’t explain the sauces very well. I didn’t understand that the sauce for the wings is tossed with it but the sauce for the tenders are on the side. Besides that though I am really pleased with my experience here and would definitely go back.Dietary restrictions: The wings are dairy free.

We ordered boneless wings, a chicken sandwich, and some fries. The sandwich seemed fine, pretty normal, nothing of note there. The wings were probably the smallest I've seen, the meat was extremely tough and some were mostly just chunks of breading, hardly any chicken at all. Both the wings and the fries were ice cold. We ordered online and arrived right when the app said our order would be ready, I'm guessing they were done early and just sitting there for a bit. Maybe their sandwiches are passable but the wings just weren't worth it.
