One of the worst BK I have ever visited, the older woman behind the counter was extremely rude & blatantly disregarded me when I asked for ketchup. Don't visit this BK, eat anywhere else.

***(my previous post below)*** I have been coming to this location for 15+ years. It seems that recently, some of the employees started to use toxic and nasty Gain scent beads on their clothes (added to the washer). This causes INTENSE EYE AND SHOULDER NERVE PAIN in 12% of the customer base when they breathe this toxic air inside the restaurant. I cannot be inside this place anymore due to intense nerve pain. Please stop using Gain scent beads altogether. Please also stop using Gain detergent as well (severe itchiness)

Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before any acknowledgment even though I made eye contact with more than one worker. The lady taking the order was not sharp on listening and taking order correctly when she finally came to the register. When the food was ready she threw it on the table said my number then walked off. Would anyone feel comfortable if these are the people preparing your food? Very impolite and wouldn’t spend another dime here.
There is a lazy person working overnight I ordered uber eats and it took over 3 hrs 03/07/25 2:00 am

The employees were yelling excited like they didn't have a boss. I stood there for a few minutes before they even acknowledged me. Waiting for my order seemed long so I approached the counter. Just as he turned with my order. I asked for ketchup and he responded poorly with a smart question. So I asked him his name. Rodrigo should be retrained. I asked for the manager and was disappointed again. I eat at Burger Kings but never this one again. They suck. I should alert corporate.
