Absolutely horrible management, customers are treated like pets, do not support chasers!!

Security is under trained and hot headed… not a safe or enjoyable environment. if you don’t know they workers, don’t go.

We come almost every week on Wednesdays mainly for their wings and domestic beer pitcher deals for $9. We have become regulars at this place always bringing my family every week and their beer tap wasn’t working so i asked if they would honor a bucket of domestic beer for the same price as the pitcher deal like they have done before because this is a constant problem with their beer tap not working . The least they could’ve done was to honor us with something else instead. They couldn’t even accommodate me! With all the business my family and i bring to this establishment over the years, they definitely disappointed us! Never returning back to the Chasers in Niles!

I am in Niles every month or so. Good Food, good service, good value. They need to fix their Bud Lite on tap. Been jacked up my last 4 visits.

One bad thing I got to say is the Ukraine woman she say she’s the best friend of one of the bartenders she talks a lot and a bit racist making funny remarks about my race and culture of Native American people.

We had a great experience here with the awesome bartender Gina. We are visiting from Texas as vendors for Anime Magic and decided to try this place for lunch before the con started. Excellent service, very good, delicious food, cannot recommend this place enough, espically with the small town vibe of the bar. Please try them out if you are in the area!

Parking: You can park on both sides of the building but the door is on the north side.
