Came here at 11:20 to get a drink. It says they open at 11? No one inside, no open sign on and a few people waiting in their cars outside until it is open. Update the hours if they aren’t correct please.

We decided to try out Chill Bubble Tea, but honestly, it wasn’t great. I got the mango strawberry tea, which was just very average — not even cold, which was a letdown. The mango passionfruit flavor tasted like artificial sweetener, not fresh fruit at all.
The service was slow, which didn’t help the experience. The inside is nice, with a good vibe for hanging out, but I’m not sure if I’ll be back. The pricing feels too high for the quality, and the drinks just didn’t live up to expectations.

We ordered 2 taro smoothies and we received 2 of the worst drinks we have ever had basically chunky crushed ice with some non diary creamer and a hint of taro. The owner must be Indian or something because is very cheap. The composition should have 2 taro spoons and should be sweet however for $6 a cup we got $.50 value and we paid $12 for garbage. The drinks went into the garbage bin and we are never going there again.

I ordered a smoothie at around 1:30pm. I had planned to sit for a few minutes but as soon as I got my drink the cashier told me she had to close the shop to get inventory. I kindly asked if she could wait 5 minutes as we had been traveling for over an hour and wanted to be out of the car for a few minutes. I’m not sure why she couldn’t wait just 5 minutes but she said no and made us leave.

The place is very cute. The swing/swings in there are very cute and decorated. I love the owl.
Service and atmosphere is great but very disappointed with the flavors and consistency of all the smoothies. Strawberry shortcake with almond and vanilla tasted just like a strawberry shake and didn't have any flavor of vanilla or almond. It's one of the pricey ones for more than 8 dollars yet just plain strawberry flavor. Consistency was too thick and really frozen. Tried Tiramisu, mango and cookies and cream. Tiramisu didn't taste too good, became hard and had to use a spoon to scoop. The consistency is very odd and extremely thick for some flavors. Some are too watered down, others too thick. Flavors such as Tiramisu, strawberry shortcake are all extra pricey but tastes just like one flavor. Even with one flavor the flavor doesn't stand out.Overall definitely disappointed with flavors and consistency of the drinks and extremely pricey considering the quality of the drinks.

Decided to take my kids to the new bubble tea place. The girl behind the counter was nice and patient while taking our order. My son realized she missed the jelly he asked for so I asked and she grudgingly opened the drink and added the jelly. I ordered 4 drinks, two were supposed to be large and two regular. We received all regular sized drinks. After the attitude I received for mentioning she missed something, I decided to let it go. We all got in the car and the drink tasted so watered down. We ended up throwing it away and going to our normal bubble tea place down the road(Avalanche Bubble Tea)
