I went to this Chipotle around 4 p.m. and waited in line. There was only one customer ahead of me, and there were none behind me. I was not acknowledged or even greeted. There were at least five employees standing behind the counter, looking at me, but not offering to take my order. I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Food was way over priced $28 for 1 chicken burrito with only chicken and cheese you should have seen how small it was looked like Taco Bell 1 menu then my steak burrito was a joke then they have this little I believe Asian boy behind the counter rude rolling his like a b that act like he is so tough.place was dirty and music was loud and they will know me by my order you suck

While the portion sizes are not satisfactory, attention to ingredient integrity could be improved. Server are acting and speaking very fast, everyone seems to in panic.

I just went to buy a bowl and I ordered double meat, and the steak portion was very miserable. I told the employee it was too little and could you please add more, and she replied that it would be an extra portion that they would charge for. The truth is that at that location, the portions are very miserable every day. I paid $25 and something for a bowl and it was just meat and rice. My suggestion is to review the current portions if you don't want to lose customers. Thank you.

I come to this chipotle cause it the only one that I like in a 10 mile radius. Today at 8:10pm, the woman working in the front seemed very irritated. Also if I’m paying extra for double meat, then I shouldn’t get skimped out on that. The reason my review is a 3 and not a 1 is because they usually do a decent job, but if I see that lady is taking my order, I’ll probably just come at another time
I'm a Black man, with a mixed Black and Latino family. I have never once felt so unwelcomed and discriminated against, anywhere! We came in an hour and twenty minutes before your closing time and was immediately told "we have to leave by ten", no welcome, no customer service at all. It was a young white man with dark hair. He then walked off. Thankfully a white woman worker told me "sorry, don't worry about that you're can eat." But what's worse, there was already an older (also white) male customer sitting down comfortably, newspaper out. Before I could even unwrap my burrito, he comes to my table with me, my wife, and my thirteen year old daughter and made a "suggestion" that we should "pack this up" and leave to to go McDonald's down the street. What!? And NO ONE working at this location even noticed this, at 9 pm where there's barely any people there, and it was very very obvious. He stared us down the whole time we ate our meal. No one noticed a thing they left him alone and told us to leave before we even ordered our food.
Chipotle please contact me to make a formal complaint. I will make this a public story if I don't get some sort of explanation for this kind of behavior.

Not looking for atmosphere at chipotle. This branch can certainly bring them up by being more customer service friendly. Serving food is not easy. Nobody does that with pleasure but it's OK to try the people at chic filet always have are excited about taking your order.

I always come to the chipotle because I feel that the customer service is great. There's one closer to me but like I said I always thought this one had better customer service. Well not today. 2/15 At approximately 5:45, there was a young man making my bowl. Young kid lot of hair hat batten fit no hair net on. When I tell you his customer service sucked He did not say one word to me. Not a hello, How can I help you, What kind of rice would you like, Would you like any beans nothing Came out of his mouth.He just stared at me with his blank look. I had a long day.Didn't feel like going through it.So I was just like I would like a bowl and explain what I would like in my bowl. I wanted to jump over-the-counter as the young girls came and he was like hello.How can I help and asked them what would they like in their bowl. The next time I go back to this location if he's behind the counter I won't even walk in. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

"Warning to all vegetarians and vegans! I ordered a veggie bowl from this Chipotle location and was horrified to find beef pieces in it. When I called to report the issue, the staff seemed unconcerned and simply offered to replace the bowl without acknowledging any wrongdoing.
As a pure vegetarian, I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to food handling and preparation. The excuse that the beef must have been 'next to the beef tray' is unacceptable.
I hope Chipotle takes steps to address this issue and ensures that their vegetarian and vegan options are prepared safely and with care.
