The Costco Associate named Fabronina or Fabronia at this location in the Self Service area was very rude and delivered very poor customer service. I was at this location on 8/22/20 around 5pm-5:15pm. I needed to cancel on of the items we scanned and needed help but this associate deliberately ignored me when i Said “Excuse me” to her. She even went on to help another customer that came after us. I don’t know if she was discriminating us or not. She could have at least said to

customer service is terrible at this location. I was here yesterday and stocked up on food and supplies for at least a week. in the covid age I'm trying to avoid unnecessary trips to stores. I checked receipt when I got home and discovered an item that was on sale for 7.00, scanned @ 14.99! so today I made ANOTHER trip back, waited in line and the "supervisor" refunded the 8.81 difference as if it was no big deal at all! No apology for the inconvenience to me, or mention of correcting the price so this doesn't happen again. I think I'm done with this store.

Costco in Niles has failed to train their staff about people with disabilities. Today I was humiliated in front of several customers as well as In front of a long time friend because I was using one of Costco's battery powered scooters for those with disabilities. My friend and I were yelled at and blocked from leaving the store after we paid because the employee Jorge at door who reviews receipts wasn't aware of the proper procedures in dealing with individuals with disabili

They SERIOUSLY need to fix their phone system. After placing a large order in their bakery department, I was unable to confirm an item ordered (a birthday cake) was made. INCREDIBLE. You plan a birthday party, with guests invited and all...and only hope that someone in the bakery department can notify you that your order was made. The consequences of missing a cake for a child's birthday is bad.
