Be sure to bring actual driver's liscense for drinks. They don't accept a digital picture of it on your phone ( it's good enough for the police but not for them.) Honestly, I was put off by this. Very very disappointed. State regulation was mentioned by manager. Not really sure about that.

The BBQ salmon came soaked in oil with no visual signs or taste of the garlic and ginger soy glaze. The fish itself looked unappetizing: grey and mushy, indicating lack of freshness. Upon the first bite, the fishiness overpowering any other flavors confirmed this. A very disappointing dinner.

We were put in a very nice smallish dining room where we could easily hear each other. We all enjoyed our meals from turkey burgers to a salad to brussel sprouts and artichokes. Our waitress, Diana, was outstanding!!!! Super cute and friendly, efficient and we liked her bubbly personality so much we kept asking her to pull up a chair and join us! We will definitely come back but only when she's serving! Great meal and great service!!!!

I would just like to know what kind of a restaurant runs out of coffee and waits until after your order is placed to tell the customers that they don’t have any coffee on a Sunday mid morning for breakfast ???? Do you know the old cliché that says when you have a great experience, you might tell one of your friends, But when you have a terrible experience, you’re going to tell ALL of your friends.

Food is just okay, the service is extremely bad, they are slow and very disorganized, they don’t give you water not bread not butter, only salt and pepper at the table, I order pasta and asked not to add meat because I’m vegetarian, the fist thing I put in my mouth was a piece of sausage, by the time they brought a new plate of pasta my son was done with his food Nope not going back! The place looks beautiful but everything else is very disappointing

I recently attend the wine dinner at the Crosby Niles location in October and I want more!!!! I have been to the wine dinners at their Ella Elli location and what made this dinner at Crosby's special was the welcoming cocktail and the mini wine tasting on the patio before the fabulous dinner was served. The dinners are extremely special because they curate the food to pair perfectly with the wine selections. It was truly a culinary adventure and I am looking forward to the next event. It is a very special night because you do not find the courses they offer at these dinners on their typical menu. It was also fun to be joined at our table by the chef and owner of the vineyard who shared more insight into the wine and course selections. A great time was had by all! Thank you for bringing these dinners to Niles, there is nothing like them in the neighborhood.

First time dining here, went rather early on Fri. evening. Janae was our server and she was an absolute delight! The atmosphere felt just upscale enough for a special dinner. It's a little pricey, especially the wine by the glass ($14), but the quality was very good. Lots of efficient wait staff.
Parking: Free lot parking about the same size as any chain restaurant in a retail center.

Based on the impression from the menu and website, our group was not expecting to come in and hear Guns and Roses blasting. It is a very loud place. Kids were seated in the bar area and acting up. They accommodated our request to sit elsewhere. Our server took 25 minutes to take our order. We waited 10 minutes for silverware while we watched our cheese curd appetizer go cold. The other server in our section was very boisterous and singing loudly. Bussers walked by several times and didn't take dirty dishes. The music was finally changed and turned down. The decor and bar are nice, but the service and ambiance need adjustment. Great chef. Food was prepared very well and tasted delish. Best of luck.

Nice people Horrible manager. Basically they kept messing up our orders and we had to get it switched multiple times, and a friend of mine ordered a chicken sandwich THAT WAS PINK and it’s a breast not a bone chicken so no reason should it be that color and the manager handled the situation very poorly and had an excuse for the color of the chicken it was not cooked well and we all saw it and the manager goes a head and tells us that “we don’t want people knowing we don’t cook our chicken correctly” and continues to go back and fourth instead of fixing the situation and takes the sandwich and still wanted to charge us for the mistake.we also spent 600$
