The service at this location is lacking. The last two times I was there they chocolate ice cream wasn't working. They are slow and inefficient at this location. I tried the new churro dipped cone and they almost didn't sprinkle it with the dust and when I reminded them they barely put any on. We also ordered a blizzard and they were out of ingredients on one so we got another. They didn't turn it upside down either. This location needs some care and attention. Someone please help them.

Today 3/20/23 at 7:30 pm. They’re not serving drinks (like Orange Julius) and out of napkins entirely. They were hustling in a rush of customers.

With the exception of one little detail, I love Dairy Queen and this one in Illinois is no different. Although the wait is horrendous, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the food and service were excellent. I waited in line behind two people for around 20 minutes before placing my order.

The vanilla soft serve taste bitter. After that I ordered a coke, the coke was flat and disfavored. Try the Baskin Robbins a block down.

After 25 years they closed August 1, 2024. Sad to see them go.

Not the friendliest or cleanliness.
It's getting expensive for a cone.
Employee are helpful and friendly.
