I'm not a fan of pro genocide brands ie not my first choice since their offerings are generally loaded with harmful ingredients. But this location is really well designed with a lot of natural light coming I'm through the glass walls on two sides. Great place to sit and enjoy an ice cream.

Terrible way to start my morning Purchase the meal deal The woman at the window charge me An additional two dollars and gave me coffee and donuts When I brought it to her attention, she then proceeded to get mad and yell pull forward to the next window I went in because there was a price discrepancy Between two donuts and a coffee and Or the meal deal And she wouldn’t give me back the price differential said it was the same price even though I get the meal deal at least three times a weekOpen my sandwich, the bread was still not cooked all the way My hashbrowns looked as if she balled them up And squish them My coffee taste terrible

I ordered 4 egg and cheese sandwich and coffee when I opened, I noticed pan rust on the bread and egg. It was really unappetizing and made me wonder if the cooking equipment was being properly cleaned. Honestly, I expected better from a big chain like this. They really need to step up their quality control. Really Disgusting.
We went last night to get coffee, we left, because they only have one person, and it was very busy that we were waiting for about 10 minutes, and they no longer had donuts on the counter, but the worker did not even come near us during that time, because he was so busy, the worker

Terrible manager/owner (big guy not shaven- looks homeless) spend at least 60.00 a week there- NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! I by accident hit 2 ice teas in my rewards instead of ice coffee. I asked him to scan both Ice teas and just give me my coffee I wanted. He said no can't do it rudely. Explained I come 3x a week at least and it was a mistake. He wouldn't hear of it. I told him 1 ice coffee is 500 points only verses 800points for 2 ice teas. ... Went to Dunkin donuts on Dempster and potter in strip mall, manager gladly gave me my coffee with no argument. Clearly they know how NOR to lose any customers. Will be going there from now on.. they deserve everyone's business and know how to treat customers. !!!!!!

I ordered 4 orders of hash brown with 2 donuts and 4 egg and cheese croissant. She gave me only 2 orders of hash browns. When I told them I got only of these, she asked me 4 times how many did you get and looked at me like I'm lying. She gave me old soggy donuts when I asked her to change it, and she said NO. Pathetic place Pathetic people.
