I had a disappointing experience at this location Dunkin' Donuts recently. One of the employees was very unprofessional when I asked to exchange a couple of donuts for different flavors. Instead of assisting me, he embarrassed me in front of other customers, making me feel like I had done something wrong by touching the donuts( which I never did). This encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this behavior, as customer service should be respectful and accommodating.

The woman working the drive-thru cash register in the morning is always friendly, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff has been consistently disappointing. I ordered an iced cappuccino, but what I received seemed more like blended ice with coffee and chocolate “frozen coffee “ from their menu —definitely not what I asked for. This isn’t the first time either; it’s the third time my order has been wrong. I understand that mistakes can happen, but repeatedly getting it wrong feels careless and frustrating. It's disappointing to see such poor attention to detail in what's supposed to be basic service. Ps: they wont care if you complain wish they have more professional management staff

I'm not a fan of pro genocide brands ie not my first choice since their offerings are generally loaded with harmful ingredients. But this location is really well designed with a lot of natural light coming I'm through the glass walls on two sides. Great place to sit and enjoy an ice cream.

Terrible way to start my morning Purchase the meal deal The woman at the window charge me An additional two dollars and gave me coffee and donuts When I brought it to her attention, she then proceeded to get mad and yell pull forward to the next window I went in because there was a price discrepancy Between two donuts and a coffee and Or the meal deal And she wouldn’t give me back the price differential said it was the same price even though I get the meal deal at least three times a weekOpen my sandwich, the bread was still not cooked all the way My hashbrowns looked as if she balled them up And squish them My coffee taste terrible
