If I could give it a lower score than one I absolutely would this Dunkin’ Donuts has made me decide never to go to a Dunkin’ Donuts again and let everyone know my horrible experience. It was my six year-old daughters birthday, I ordered a cake and it was promised to me to be ready for 3 PM I called 330 4pm, 5pm, 6pm. The cake was not ready until 6:45 PM. Not only was it not ready it was four hours late. No sorry no compensation whatsoever. I will never go to that Dunkin’ Donuts again in matter-of-fact, I deleted my app from Dunkin’ Donuts and decided to take my service to a different Coffee Franchise. I might have reacted differently if they showed any compassion, but they were cold and therefore, I am not bringing my service there again

I have seen all the bad reviews for this Dunkin and thought 'it's coffee how bad could it be? " WELL.. Last week I went through the drive thur and ordered an extra large hot coffee. The lid was not properly put on and I spilled the coffee all over. This morning I went again and ordered a box of donutes, an extra large hot coffee and a small hot coffee. As I pulled up to the second window I asked the young lady to please make sure the lids were properly on because I had an issue and spilled all over the last time I was at their location. She tells me the lids are properly on and hands me the extra large coffee with no issue. She then hands me the small coffee and sure enough the lid pops off as I'm putting it into the cup holder. I show her the lid and she tells me this always happens with the large coffees. I proceed to tell her that it was the small coffee so she changes it up and says it due to the heat. I would imagine that the extra large coffee contains more heat and the lid did not pop off. Not to mention that I have not had that issue at any other Dunkin drive thru.
I should have just gone to my usual location on Milwaukee right off Oakton.

The girl there was not nice at all. I asked them for a decaf latte. When I got to the window she gave me an iced coffee. I told her I asked for a hot coffee latte She told me in a not nice way, do you want coffee or latte? There is a difference. Then she discovered that my order was already there, a hot decaf latte. When I took the order and went to drink it, I discovered that they gave me a caffeinated coffee, and I have a heart condition and do not drink caffeine. this irresponsible act. ?

I purchase coffee every day and some days I’ll get a bagel .
Numerous of times I have gotten wrong coffee or black coffee.
I ask for begal and cream cheese. I get a begal that you can’t even bite. That’s how old it is.

The food they serve is nothing out of the ordinary, it's fresh and as described. The service was also nothing too special;the workers were kind and did their job. The envoirment was very cute and clean, the drive-through was easy to navigate through and the interior was nice. Bathrooms were also clean.

I picked up Boston Cream donuts and when I got to where I was going to share them I found that every one of them had been put in upside down so that they were messed up and the chocolate came off. I will never buy donuts here again.

I've gone to this location numerous times and never had a problem. Went there earlier today, ordered my usual flavored decaf (no cream, no sugar) they asked me to move to a different window so they could make a fresh pot of decaf. Great, no problem, happy to do so, especially for a fresh pot. Pulled to the next window, waited not too long and here comes my so called fresh decaf. As the woman is handing it to me, she again says it's fresh pot of decaf and to enjoy. I thank her and go on with my day. I take my first sip and instantly know it's not fresh. It's not even close to fresh. It was so bad, not even creamer or sweetener could save it. I have endured my fair share of old decaf, I get it, no one drinks decaf so it just sits there all day but don't bold face lie to me and tell me it's a fresh pot. Just give me what you're gonna give me and I'll hope for the (semi) best. I don't have high expectations, I just want to be able to drink it and alas I could not. I had to throw it away, which trust me, was not only highly unusual for me but also hurt to waste the coffee and my money. Just disappointed.

Drive thru is the worst! Came here to just get coffee- medium hot macchiato with caramel swirls. Only 2 cars in front of me and order took 20mins, ok fine there’s only 1 person at 4am. Got to the 2nd window- I see my coffee sitting right there at the window counter but window is closed, guy keeps looking behind him. He knows I only ordered 1 coffee and it’s right there- proceeded to finish 2 more orders for the cars behind. Like srsly dude just give the coffee, it took another 5-6mins before he handed me my coffee. Did not have time to check my order, did not even offer receipt, and my order is only 3/4 full and wrong. No caramel drizzle. Love Dunkin but will definitely avoid this one at all cost.
