was immediately put off when my girls and i were given attitude when trying to place three seperate orders at the drive thru. we keep it extremely cute and respectful when it comes to interacting with customer service workers so just know nothing we did prompted the woman on the speaker to act like that. we simply ordered 3 drinks and 3 food items with no one in front of us… had to wait 20 minutes… okay. i attempted to use 900 reward points for a free drink to which the man at the window stated that my drink was not eligible, which was simply not true babe. 900 points gone. pissed me clean off. i don’t play about my points. on top of that, i ordered 2 ordered of snackin bacon. 8 pieces come in one order. so riddle me this: why did i get 4 LUKEWARM pieces per order? and the man at the window didn’t even give us a warm exit. handed us our order and closed the window in our face. safe to say my baddies and i will not be returning to this dunkin location… i recommend that you all do the same unless you wanna be faced with bottom of the barrel customer service and an unsatisfactory order. love y’all, have a blessed day! 😽

This review is for the employees on nights that work til 11. I’ve caught him several times trying to overcharge me and making my drink wrong. He split my shot of espresso between two drinks? Then when confronted about it he said the lattes are made with 1 shot only. I doubt that because my drinks were different sizes . Then there is an employee that comes to register with family while they pick their own donuts behind counter. This is unprofessional and unsanitary.

Cashier looked at me like i was crazy. Hard time even ordering due to her accent. Then they double charged me for a coffee and stared at each other like i was in the wrong somehow. Looked annoyed that i was getting coffee at 6am. Overall bad experience.

terrible) exercised a lot) the coffee is made terribly, the food is prepared terribly) Only one worker, a guy, makes really tasty coffee and tasty food) other workers work indifferently, sometimes they don’t supply caramel, sometimes they don’t supply cheese, then they mix up the donuts) when the girls are on shift, my soul rejoices because that now there will be delicious coffee and food, for sure, fast and tasty) Unfortunately, I did not remember the name of the guy who works just like the girls, definitely fast and it's delicious, he always smiles and wears a cap on his head), one thing I can say is thank you to the girls and 1 guy for the delicious coffee❤️ the rest should be fired or taught how to make coffee properly because this is one disappointment)

terrible. customer service 0/5 they couldn’t even say hi. the food was literally still frozen. the coffee even without having sugar was disgustingly sweet. terrible location. you’re better off going to the dunkin on milwaukee.
