The customer service was absolutely horrible. On top of that, I was shocked to see that they actually charged for a kids’ water. It’s ridiculous and really shows a lack of care for families. I would not recommend this place. Starbucks doesn't charge for a water any size. Horrible!

I got order signature latte but they gave me iced cuppuccino after telling them they changed it for me but this time signature latte but its too blitter to drink! 🤮dont like the taste! We used to visit this store regular basis but seems some thing changed!

I would like to commend the guy that was working tonight. (6/30/25 at 11:45pm the time we ordered) We missed to get his name but this guy worked the floor BY HIMSELF. He took drive thru orders and did ALL by himself with walk in guests orders in between. This guy needs a raise and a promotion.

Not honest, they mess up ur order to up charge you cause they know you're not going to check it on the drive through, the ice cream they put more milk so it becomes tasteless,
