I always get coffee here on my way to work. Got an iced coffee and drank a good portion until i noticed something dark in there and realized it was a cockroach. Made me sick to my stomach!! I tried submitting an email to costumer service but “coincidentally” their website has a glitch and wouldn’t let me submit a complaint so I had to post this here. Check your drinks and food from here!

I ordered a medium iced matcha latte with light ice, no room (meaning filled all the way to the top) and brown sugar.
I was charged for cold foam. I’m currently on a restricted diet where I can only have a limited amount of sugar so I couldn’t have the cold foam. Plus, I’m a student so I’m budgeting down to the penny.
When I asked for them to remake it, she scraped off the cold foam, added more milk and handed it to me.
As seen in the picture I attached to this review, there’s a full inch of space when I asked for no room.
I work in retail, therefore, I’m not an asshole.
I say please, thank you and I’m patient.
But it would’ve been nice if I didn’t have to ask multiple times for a refund on the cold foam.
I know $.75 isn’t much to a lot of people but it is to me. She said her manager wasn’t there so I was given cash.
Overall, I wish the experience was better. I know this isn’t the end of the world but I’m much less comfortable stopping by now.

I had one of the rudest experiences with the night staff. The young curly-haired guy clearly does not belong in customer service — I asked a simple clarifying question, and instead of answering, he got visibly irritated, huffing and puffing like I was bothering him. There was no reason for me to be spoken to that way. If he can’t handle basic customer interactions without an attitude, he needs to find a different job.

Shoutout to the young lad who was working the Dunkin drive thru around 11 PM today and was also running the food & drinks out to the cars.

Our drinks were extremely sweet to the point that we couldn’t drink them. So we went back around the drive thru to have them remade. The young lad apologized and reassured us that we would get our drinks remade. He was kind and professional. Great service. 🔥

Is it too much to ask donuts to be warmed up? Those donuts have been on the shelves all day, 10 seconds in the oven is not too much to ask. My family is one of the regulars and we are Never going to this DD again.

Made a mobile order at this location for an iced pumpkin signature latte. The person gave me just milk and syrup and when we asked him if there was any espresso in it he said espresso doesn’t go in the signature lattes. I asked him to add the espresso and he rolled his eyes and walked away to add it in. Don’t come here because they don’t even know how to make proper lattes

The customer service was absolutely horrible. On top of that, I was shocked to see that they actually charged for a kids’ water. It’s ridiculous and really shows a lack of care for families. I would not recommend this place. Starbucks doesn't charge for a water any size. Horrible!
