I just went to the Dunkin Donuts on 8584 w dempster st. Niles, IL at 12:35PM and I purchased a small hot coffee. I had a credit for a chocolate forsted donut from about 2 weeks ago and I visited this dunkin donuts and I got nothing but Attitude from the Girl who took my order and said very rudely why I didnt come back and pick it up before even though i was told to just give my name and there was a credit for me for the next time. Then the lady at the window was asking me questions and I told her the girl has Attitude and this is not proper customer service. They should not humiliate customers for a damn donut which I paid for and the incompetent employee forgot to give me with the domut with my order. They should have proper customer service training and to say HI and BYE to customer on approach. The second lady did aplolozie. It might sound too small of an issue but they ruined my day.

Excellent Dunkin Donuts, very spacious, great service and busy! The owner let's Veterans meet on Tuesday mornings and has always been incredibly supportive. If you're heading to Dunkin Donuts patronize this one, you will be very happy!!!
