Experience was mediocre due to lack of flavor of food, incorrect order, and unprofessional poor staffing. A portion of chicken was missing from order. The chicken is just spicy with little flavor.
Beware of meager orders/portions.

Food is delicious as always, but last time I was there I noticed how the restaraunt was in bad shape. By bad shape I mean, windows, floor, chairs/tables looked filthy, bathrooms looked very dirty. I would highly recommend the ownership to invest and step up their game with maintenance and cleaningles. It gives a bad impression when you just walk in and everything looks “ dirty”. If I didn’t place an online order I would have left.

We had chicken rice bowl and it was absolutely delicious😋 A little pricey though. We also had a peri chicken wrap which was also delicious but the outside of the wrap was cold.

Landed in Chicago at 10pm... drove and found the restaurant around 11:15pm.... ordered food and got it made fresh in 15 minutes. It was great! Food was fresh, tasty and the staff was amazing!

The moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Shoeib was attentive, friendly, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything I ordered was perfect.

Shoeib suggested me to order grill chicken and boasted chicken, grilled chicken is seasoned to perfection, juicy, and has that smoky flavor that makes every bite a treat. But the borasted chicken stole the show! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor, it’s no wonder this place is famous for it

I had a disappointing experience at Flame on Peri Peri with Yousuf. The menu seems to change constantly, making it difficult to know what to expect. When I inquired about this, the staff were incredibly disrespectful. I specifically asked for the manager's name several times, only to be given a fake name, which felt deceptive. Additionally, there was a tall gentleman with tar on his teeth who was particularly rude and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I won't be returning.
