Offered to go to the back and get me a cold drink because they had just stocked the fridge. Super nice and great service!

Flame On Peruvian Grill is an absolute gem that delivers the bold, soul-satisfying flavors of Peru with five-star perfection. From the moment you walk in, the intoxicating aroma of charcoal-grilled pollo a la brasa pulls you straight to the counter, where the rotisserie chickens spin like golden masterpieces. Every bite of that juicy, smoky bird—crisped to mahogany perfection and served with house-made aji verde and amarillo sauces that pack just the right fiery punch—is pure bliss. The lomo saltado is equally stunning: tender strips of beef, crisp fries, and perfectly caramelized onions and tomatoes tossed in a wok-kissed soy sauce that somehow feels both comforting and electrifying. Portions are generous, prices are shockingly fair, and the staff treats you like family from the second you step inside.
This unassuming spot has no business being this good, yet it somehow outshines every overpriced “Peruvian fusion” restaurant in town. The anticuchos are grilled to smoky, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness with a marinade that hits every note—garlic, aji panca, cumin, and pure love—while the tallarín saltado de mariscos swims in a luxurious, seafood-packed sauce that’ll ruin you for lesser pastas forever. Even the sides steal the show: the yuca fries are impossibly fluffy inside and shatter-crisp outside, and the canary beans somehow taste like they were simmered by someone’s abuelita for three days. If you leave Flame On without loosening your belt and planning your next visit, you’ve done something wrong. Hands-down the best Peruvian food I’ve ever had—five glowing stars aren’t enough.
The taste of food was good and juicy. Not much order waiting time. Nice place to visit again.

Lunch specials are a steal at $11 bucks and the hot and extra hot wings were amazing. This place isn't close to me but I'll be going out of my way to come back.

The grilled chicken wings were absolutely delicious! They were cooked perfectly — juicy on the inside with that nice smoky char from the grill. The hot sauce had just the right amount of kick. Bit on pricy side though I must say. 6 wings = $15
