Fun little place to grab frozen yogurt. A lot of the times they have the same flavors—wishing for more variety. Toppings are good—a lot candy and sugary options. Would be nice to have more fresh fruit options.

The store is clean, and well taken care of thanks to Diana. The biggest problem is that the credit card machine is broken. It only works when you tap the card. The slot to insert the card doesn't work. Not everyone has an option to tap to pay on their card. This has broken for 2 months!! Plus, there is only one machine! What do people do when they dont carry cash, and their card reader doesn't work? Do the owners know they are loosing customers?? Doesn't seem like they care.

If God made frozen yogurt, her name would be Maggie. I walked in craving cake batter with sprinkles, walked out emotionally changed.
Maggie greeted me like we were lost long cousins at a family reunion. She handed me sample cups, like she was a d1 sommelier. I tasted the flavors and could not decide between cookies and cream and cake batter. Maggie said “Why not get both? Be you. Be bold.” This was my villain origin story.
Then I got to the topping station. I started crying because I was overwhelmed with all the toppings. Maggie asked me. “Are you okay? Do you want to talk?” She let me trauma dump on her and what I thought I was just overwhelmed by toppings, it turns out that Maggie helped me find my true life meaning. She grabbed my cup and asked me about my preferences- sweet or salty? Like a FROYO GOD- she started crafting like she was on the final round of Top Shelf. She layered the sprinkles on my twist like she was tucking in her first born for bed. She placed a slice of kiwi on like she was crowning the Queen of England. I told her this and she said “You go Queen enjoy your froyo.” -AND I DID I LEFT FEELING LIKE ROYALTY.
I will be coming back, especially if Maggie is working.

Maggie was an absolute gem! She helped us with all of our flavors and even complimented my son’s choices! One of my best experiences at a forever yogurt will 100% be coming back thanks to Maggie!

One star. I got the original tart frozen yogurt, and it was clearly spoiled—it had a sour, off taste that was nothing like it should be. I let the woman behind the counter know, and she told me “that’s how it’s supposed to taste,” completely dismissing my concern. She didn’t offer a refund, didn’t apologize, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Spoiled product and rude service? No thanks. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Yogurt was melting AS it dispensed. And the part that didn’t melt was grainy. Looked forward to introducing my kid to the wonders of self serve yogurt but this is not it

It's very dirty outside. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Sidewalk is dirty. I wonder it would be nice to seat down at one of the tables if it was clean

The lighting to forever yogurt is very dark and doesn’t feel enticing to go inside. The flavors are still good but the texture of the yogurt just melted so quickly upon dispensing. They offer good number of different toppings but the fruits didn’t seem fresh
