The yogurt is great. Lots of flavors. Service is ok. But the place smells so bad. Like really really bad. To a point that after visiting a few times, I don't want to return.

Yogurt flavor options, as well as toppings, are plentiful. Very friendly staff who are helpful when asking for assistance. Wish they would bring back having board games in the seating area again.

This is the 2nd time I’ve came her on my lunch break at 1230 and the doors are locked as is they are closed. The lights are out and there is no one in the store. I’m very annoyed because I could’ve went somewhere else!!!?

I suggest u open on time or change yr sign to different time it NEVER OPENS ON TIME this is tAtleast the 10th ti e I come to grab lunch and everyone else in the plaza opens when they say it opens unbelievable operation

I would rate this no stars if I could. Worst frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. ? the one teenage girl working there had her air pods in and wasn’t listening to any of her costumers. We tasted one flavor (green apple) and started barfing it was rotten. The girl working there rushed over tried it and quickly turned the flavor off I had the choice of going for a delicious fro yo or a trip to target I unfortunately chose this terrible frozen yogurt place ?the sad thing is I have wonderful memories of this fro yo place as a little girly only a few years ago and I am so sad to see a disgusting place with only 4 flavors available. You lost 7 customers today

wen't 25 minutes before closing time and the employess had locked the dorr and were getting ready to leave. need to update time if store is closing early.
The older woman that works here is so rude. She started yelling at me after I asked for a sample. And said “I already know that your gonna sample and leave” then she demanded my friend and I to leave. I wasn’t even going to do that, I wasn’t even able to purchase or try and a yogurt.

immediately upon entering my two girl friends and I were rudely approached by the owner of this establishment. Never in my life have i seen such horrendous customer service before in my life. From the moment we walked into this establishment, we were followed by her unnecessary bickering. She told us that we only had a few minutes to serve ourselves before closing (which we understood and expressed that). However, I would like to note that according to the hours listed online, this place was not meant to close for another hour; we also called beforehand to check, but of course no one answered our call. We were denied sample cups to try the flavors and she not only monitored, but also degradingly commented on how we were putting the ice cream in our cups. She started nagging us and saying "Don't waste the ice cream" or "you cant have orea crumbles because then i have to clean it up". LIKE WHAT?! We cant be paying customers because you might have to clean up a small area before closing? She also started screaming at my girl friend saying "WHAT KIND OF EDUCATION DO YOU HAVE? ARE YOU CRAZY?" How can you speak to a paying customer this way, let alone a teenage girl who is just minding her own business? What kind of education do YOU have woman? clearly not a good one if this is the way you communicate with other human beings... It was mortifying to be in this environment and watch her speak to me and my friends in such a humiliating manner. This woman needs to lose her job and business title. I used like this fro yo place but after this horrible experience i will NEVER be coming here again. neither will my friends. Not only will she be losing our business due to her awful service, but many others as we will continue to share our demeaning story and experience.

The older Latina woman was horribly rude. I came in with my children on mother's day. The yogurt I wanted was runny so I dumped it on the spill rack. She came over very rude and told me "never do that" in an ugly tone. I tried to explain but she was so rude. I later cashed out with over an over 30 dollar purchase in which she stared at me in a very confrontational manner. Had I not paid, I would have left the yogurt and walked out. I was offended, it was mother's day and she went out of her way to be disrespectful and turn a good moment into a very unpleasant situation.On top of that as I walked out she said I "made a mess". Please review the camera and tell.me WHERE and HOW ?? 6 machines were non functional or dripping and the pans to capacity, yet possibly an ounce of runny yogurt was put on a drip pan and I was accosted, disrespected and then insulted in front of other customers who immediately came outside to confirm her ignorance and level of disrespect.
