Come get that bread...
I think this place is out of business
The barista was sitting on the counter with her feet on the counter, they prep and serve bread I don’t think that very sanitary
Best Oreo shake I ever had. Honestly i could taste the flavor and creamy texture. Its not too sweet and perfect for my taste buds..

Update: In response to the owner... It was definitely your location at 8502 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714.
I ordered a decaf latte. I witnessed the barista scoop coffee from a clearly labeled Folgers canister to fill the portafilter basket before pulling a shot for my espresso/latte. You 100% carry Folgers - your barista made my latte with it. I saw it with my own two eyes. If you're unaware of this fact, you've just been informed. I have no reason to lie. Thank you.
Original: I can't rate the food but my experience with their coffee was awful. They literally charge over $5 for Folgers. After waiting about 45 mins for them to pull a shot with said coffee/latte, I found a foreign object in my drink; pulled a piece of plastic out of my mouth. So disgustingly disappointed and will never return, even if the baked goods are as good as people rate them to be... Thought I was supporting a local establishment (which I absolutely love doing) but left feeling disgusted and robbed.
On a positive note, the place was booming with business for their baked goods and there's plenty of seating.

Great service!
The pastries aren’t good at all, and neither are the drinks. Sorry, go to Paris Baguette for some 3/5 pastries. And go anywhere else for drinks.

I came to buy an 8” cake and I should’ve known when I saw the only 2 options they had. One of them had dark red strawberries on top as if it’s been sitting there too long so I really had no choice but the other one.
Paid for it and he says to wait so he can box it up. No problem. I am the only one in there and I stand there for a good 10-15 minutes so I go over and look at what he’s doing and he is clearly having trouble assembling the box. I give him the benefit of the doubt and I go to the bathroom. I come back and the box is in the bag on the counter ready for me. I look inside the box to confirm the cake is okay but I am not surprised to see a whole dent where the blueberry was as if he dipped his finger in it. (He is also not wearing gloves which makes me nervous since he’s handling food)
I am trying to be nice at this point so I ask if he has other 8” cakes in the back somewhere. He says no. I should’ve just got my refund and went to Tour Les jour 5 minutes away and gotten a better cake. But I didn’t.
So it’s fine, I tell him. I say I’ll just take one of the smaller cakes and he can refund me the difference. But he doesn’t. He charges me for the smaller cake and I ask if I’m getting a refund for the first cake, which he says I am. So he walks away… and I am confused so I ask where the receipt is for the refund and he says I’ll know when I get it!!! UGH at this point I am ready to write this review.
He ends up printing my receipt and he’s angry. But why are you okay with giving me a ruined cake?
I’ve posted a picture of the cake I went home with..it is extremely basic.
Now I know why this place is empty on a fine evening. I will not be returning.

I think they changed ownership. The bingsoo doesn’t look the same as before when the elderly Korean couple. They give you lot less shaved ice and fruits.

Loved the vibe in here! We had a bingsoo, which is like a shave ice but shaved into little snow-like crystals and possibly milk added to the base of the ice. Toppings were really good, we got mango and red bean. There was mango ice cream on top too. They have a variety of fresh baked goods too, we got the red bean bun and it was delicious. Service was very friendly and informative, it’s a nice stop before Walmart shopping if you’re in the area.?

It looks like this cafe used to have a Korean owner, but it is currently a Korean Bakery and Cafe owned by a non-Korean. The Korean shaved ice (Bingsoo) was ok in both taste and presentation. Nothing too spectacular. It was just lacking the freshness in ingredients and layers of organic fruit toppings. But compared to the Bingsoos of Seoul, Los Angeles or New York City, which have amazing desserts, the Handsome Bakery could do much better.

We bought a mocha cake. Later that day when we cut the cake, we found mold in the cake.
