Wish I could give them negative rating. They served me meat piece in a vegatable kadhai curry that I ordered this afternoon and I accidentally found it out while eating. I am a pure vegetarian and it has hurt me both religiously and mentally. They just kept on saying its the same curry from nonveg and hence its contaminated. Highly unethical. Do not go to this place if you are vegetarian like me until you are ok to have few meat pieces dumped in your dishes.

If you are craving Indian food, it’s a great option that won’t break the bank. I wouldn’t say it’s awe inspiring. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Estimations on when food will be ready, are VERY inaccurate. Was told 5 more minutes when I arrived for an online order, 15minutes later it was finally ready. I don’t mind waiting but being told 5 minutes then it taking 3x longer, not great.

Service and atmosphere is good, I came here on weekday so it’s not that busy too. They charged for extra onions too.The quality of food is very bad. They might have used dalda or some greasy oil i think. Biryani is not at all tasty, tandoori is just filled with color. Just the naan are good and overall for the food I am not satisfied as a desi.

I recently tried JK Kabab Express and had a mixed experience. When I placed my order, they mentioned it would take about 25 minutes, which made me think everything would be cooked fresh. I ordered the biryani and chicken tikka grill.
The biryani arrived in about 15 minutes, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. It was served cold, tasted bland, and the chicken seemed like it had just been reheated rather than freshly prepared. After that, I wasn’t expecting much from the chicken tikka, but it turned out to be the better dish. The tikka was freshly grilled and flavorful, though the rice served with it was also cold.
On the positive side, the service was good, the area was clean, and they also offered complimentary chicken soup, which was a nice touch.
Overall, I’d say JK Kabab Express might be worth visiting if you stick to the grilled meats, but I wouldn’t recommend the biryani or anything that comes with rice unless they improve the quality and freshness.
