I’ve come to this location multiple times and this time I was the most pleasantly impressed when I walked in the door your greeted by a sweet aroma of the bread being baked. You could see the employees when you walked in were busy slicing meat and vegetables fresh You could see that they really cared about their job and the people that they serve that said major shout out to Ian, who was truly setting the bar for excellence with regard to customer service going above and beyond. as a former Jimmy John’s employee and a US veteran service is something I know a thing or two about and I’m pleased to say that Ian went above and beyond for me the sandwich was made perfectly. I didn’t have to wait it was already waiting for me.
Does Jimmy John’s location has been very well Up kept it was clean not too busy. All the utensils and items were stacked properly. The soda machine was also clean as was the general dining area..
So from this location, I ordered a gargantuan, which is their largest gourmet premier sandwich. I was a really hungry that day and needed something to hold me over till dinner. That order was done properly. Everything I asked for for the sandwich to be done was done. I asked her to be cut in half. It was cut in half. I asked for them to modify some of the ingredients they modified I truly believe in my eyes that they went above and beyond Not only setting the bar for excellence with regard to customer service, but breaking the bar and setting a new standard and the sandwich industry, very pleased to see that they now offer toasted sandwiches. It came a little late and the chains franchise, but glad to have it now..
The only type of feedback that I can offer Jimmy John’s as I wish that they offered a full-time military discount and that they would do what the rest of the restaurants do during like Veterans Day and get Veterans a free meal.

Came for a sandwich at 8:50, ten minutes before close. The doors were already locked. I work in the food service industry and everywhere I have worked, there has been compliance with the hours on the door. The fact that Jimmy John’s staff thinks it’s appropriate to lock the doors more than 10 minutes before close when it takes 3-5 minutes to take an order, close a transaction, and make a sandwich is a big reason why nobody likes this location. I hope the franchise owner doesn’t mind their staff losing them money on a consistent basis. My advice: hire new people. This is a constant issue.

This Jimmy johns is the closest. They screw up my order when I order delivery. Bought chips I never got. Was here 6 min before close & they had the door locked. I just wanted a new pickle witch. They don't want my money I guess. This is ridiculous they were closed @ 9:54, but really before because they never moved to towards the door. Guess the owner doesn't care. I work nights and usually sleep all day. These people got an extra hour of sleep when I had to work an extra hour. Seriously why post hours!

I called this place to order a 17.00 sandwitch for delivery and they told me in 20 min it be there. They had me waiting for an hour. My lunch time was almost over then i cakled to see whats going on and told them how much inger will it take to get that my lunch was almost over and the girl who answered was rude especially since i told her i need my money back.now i am not going to eat nothing . First time ordering from there. So she hung up.i went there and it took 5 min to get there.i asked for my refund the manager the fake blond and skinny attitude girl was giving a hard time and they were lookin up my order which still never was made yet 1hr later. They refunded me my money gave me my reciept and all five girls were just talking about me as if it was my fault tourds making my sandwich. They were rude and forgot about me.after they told me it will be at my work delivered in 20 min. Dont go there theyre unproffessional and dont want any bussiness from what it looks.

Came in ordered a simple Vito with extra cheese no tomato got home has no seasoning no oil no vinegar just a dried up sandwich that the bread taste like goes. Overcooked called offered to give me a free sandwich next time in the area was told employee was new maybe new employee should sweep floors or maybe look above as a sign so he knows what comes on the stupid sandwich, it is hard to find good anymore
