They really are Freaky fast! My Italian sub was tastey and very well put together and the customer service was excellent Very cheery , and showed genuine care in explaining the deals and rewards programs and she was great at promoting and pointing out the specials. They were happy to see me and I was happy to be there for those reasons. Thank you!!!!
I’ve been going to jimmy Johns since it first opened up in this location on 7954 n. Waukegan rd in niles Illinois for sometime? It’s better than subway?
I'm giving one star because no stars is not an option. Could not be any further disappointed in Jimmy John's Their slogan should be changed from "Freaky Fast Delivery" to NO Delivery....TWICE!!!! The first time was due to congestion during lunch hour - but after an hour's wait and no phone call with an update - no thanks. DJ the manager did call me back later in the day and promised me another lunch on the store, which was great. Very good customer service. However, when...read full review
