I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees. From the moment I approached her with a simple question, she was rude and dismissive. Instead of providing helpful information, she gave me a completely incorrect answer. When I asked for clarification, she changed her response as if she hadn't just said something entirely different.

To make matters worse, she ended the conversation by saying “Thank you” in a condescending tone and then turned away from me without even giving me a chance to respond. It was clear she had no interest in helping customers and just wanted to rush me off. Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning if this is the kind of treatment they allow from their employees.

Where did the Dijon mustard and jimmy mustard go?!? That was the best part! Haven’t had the urge to go back since it’s only yellow mustard now.. maybe on my hot dog, but I miss that good stuff!

I entered the store and it smelled like a dirty mop and mold. I reluctantly bought a sandwich at this establishment for my son who traveled for a couple of hours to Champaign il. Where 30
Minutes after he ate it he began vomiting profusely that he ended up in the ER. Be careful

**Jimmy John’s Review: Poor Service and Safety Concerns**

I recently visited the Jimmy John’s location where I experienced both poor customer service and serious safety concerns. The rear door of the establishment has been non-functional and locked for over 30 days, which creates a significant safety hazard as the front door is the only means of entry and exit for patrons.

Today, upon arrival, I noticed the rear door was open, presumably for a delivery. When my party and I attempted to enter through this door, an employee told us to walk around to the front. Despite the door being open and a delivery driver using it, the employee insisted we go around the building. I politely questioned this, pointing out that we could exit through the front door after dining, but she responded in a condescending tone, saying, “if you could walk around when you’re done eating, you could walk around now.”

This unnecessary and rude exchange left us feeling unwelcome, so we decided to leave and call corporate to report the issue. Additionally, I contacted the building department for Niles Township to report the safety hazard of having only one accessible door for patrons. According to safety regulations, the rear door should remain unlocked during business hours to ensure a safe egress for all customers.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing, highlighting both a disregard for customer service and a serious neglect of safety protocols. I hope Jimmy John’s takes swift action to address these issues.

My elderly mother had a small piece of wood in her sandwich! Not only is this dangerous and disgusting, but the customer service was appalling!!!!!! I called on the phone and they were so unapologetic and not saying much, that I offered to bring in the wood and did!!!!! When I got there both employees insisted that the wood was not in the sandwich!!!!!! The woman was so rude and I will be calling corporate tomorrow!!!!!! I wanted to make them aware so this doesn't happen again, and to be treated that way made a bad situation even worse!!!! We will never go there again!!!!! Go to the jimmy johns on touhy, friendlier staff and hopefully no wood in their food!!!!!!! Beware if you eat at the jimmy johns on Waukegan in niles!!!!!! What happened to customer service? No customers, no business:(

They really are Freaky fast! My Italian sub was tastey and very well put together and the customer service was excellent Very cheery , and showed genuine care in explaining the deals and rewards programs and she was great at promoting and pointing out the specials. They were happy to see me and I was happy to be there for those reasons. Thank you!!!!

I usually go to a different Jimmy John's however, I was in a rush so I decided to stop here. I thought the service was good. Everybody was smiling. However, ultimately it's about the sandwich. It reminds me of the old commercial where the older lady says, "Where's the Beef"?The sandwich had very little meat compared to other Jimmy Johns. They seemed more interested in packing in the lettuce, than the cold cuts. I stepped at a McDonald's about 10 minutes later, I was still hungry. Very disappointing.
