This entire team is amazing.I placed a large on the order for a lunch meeting. Problem is I picked the wrong day. While they were all very busy, they saw how desperate I was and was able to fulfill my order. These guys saved my rump.

This is an excellent Jimmy John's. Sometimes the manager or owner makes a big difference between franchise locations, and this is one of the best JJ's. They pay attention and make a great sandwich, and they're really nice.

I'm unsure what happened to freaky fast sandwiches....7 minutes to make 2 cold subs? So bummed they had no iced tea and I only realized after buying a drink. The staff was nice but otherwise I would not return.

Overpriced, small portioned, and ultimately very bland in taste. Lacks protein variety. Do yourself a favor and never waste your $12 on a basic sandwich you can make yourself at home and try out something new instead in this area that's full of wonderful choices.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees. From the moment I approached her with a simple question, she was rude and dismissive. Instead of providing helpful information, she gave me a completely incorrect answer. When I asked for clarification, she changed her response as if she hadn't just said something entirely different.
To make matters worse, she ended the conversation by saying “Thank you” in a condescending tone and then turned away from me without even giving me a chance to respond. It was clear she had no interest in helping customers and just wanted to rush me off. Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning if this is the kind of treatment they allow from their employees.

Where did the Dijon mustard and jimmy mustard go?!? That was the best part! Haven’t had the urge to go back since it’s only yellow mustard now.. maybe on my hot dog, but I miss that good stuff!

I entered the store and it smelled like a dirty mop and mold. I reluctantly bought a sandwich at this establishment for my son who traveled for a couple of hours to Champaign il. Where 30 Minutes after he ate it he began vomiting profusely that he ended up in the ER. Be careful Eating here.
