The horseradish was rad, the mayo is always marvelous, and an addition of cucumbers brought a bit of balance to it.

The app needs work couldn't find how to pick a cheese, after the app said that provolone cheese comes on it. then proceeded to not get the cheese. ordered bacon, did not get the bacon. the sandwich was literally A fistful and a half of lettuce and two slices of roast beef for the Big John. Half the size of a Subway sandwich and just as expensive and disappointing. Guess the only way to get a decent sub nowadays is just to make your own.

Ordered a sandwich from here and whoever made it needs to be trained on making a sandwich. It was 80% bread. Literally the worst built sandwich I have ever seen. Do better. Go somewhere else.

Holy hell, the service here is GREAT!! I felt like I stepped back in time back when people were actually attentive and nice to patrons. This is seriously all it takes to provide a pleasant experience. Friendly smiles, caring about orders, fast. You guys are the model for fast casual service! 👏👏👏
First off I drive 20 minutes farther to come here because my order is always correct and on point. Came in said my order it was made super duper fast and it was correct and the girl ringing me up was awesome and attentive and friendly the place was clean and well stocked. It was a all girls crew and worked well together my go to JJ I stopped going to the one near me because my order is always incorrect sadly guess when you have kids running a store that's what happens.

They're so skimpy with everything except lettuce. I swear my sandwiches from them are 30%bread, 60% lettuce and then 10% everything else. They also get our order wrong a lot with missing ingredients or even worse things we didn't order on there. I've had to pick off cucumbers more times than I'd like after specifying no cucumbers.

This location makes the sandwiches the best and are fast at the same time. They definitely live up the standards. Appreciate them everytime?? I always get the number one or sometimes a chicken wrap. This location is my favorite between the city and suburbs
