Passed by this place around 1:15PM. It looked interesting and we were hungry, so we stopped in. Went up to the register to order some burgers and the cashier told us that they stopped serving at one because they wanted to go home. Ok, that explains why the place looked empty. We ordered a half dozen donuts instead. They looked tempting, but they were dense and bland. I can only imagine what their burgers must have tasted like…

We wanted to order a dozen donuts, towards the end of the order I asked the employee how many donuts we had and was told an incorrect amount resulting in us getting shorted donuts. :( Why would we think to count donuts immediately after purchasing? We didn’t notice until we got home.

The potatoes are NOT gluten free! Our fault for not asking, but wanted to mention it as a warning to others. The food was good, but the service could use some attention. They only had one person serving the whole restaurant and had no system regarding drink ordering.

First time going in after seeing a lot of good reviews and I just had a bad customer service with the worker who took my order. My husband got a cowboy breakfast with scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes and to start off the eggs were not cooked all the way?. I had ordered a 3pc chicken tender and the chicken was uncooked and I got up and told the employee and I didn’t get a okay let me fix it or anything I was completely ignored. Second of all my iced caramel high rise was not made the proper way. We ended up leaving with a bad taste of this place. Management needs to train their employees to have good customer service and to try to fix what’s wrong with customers orders not to roll their eyes and ignore them. This is why we pay.. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE HERE NEVER AGAIN. Very Unhappy First Time Customer

Joe Donuts has a variety of breakfast and lunch items on their menu. For lunch, I love the Royale with Cheese ? (not to be confused with the Quarter Pounder with Cheese per Jules) with French Fries. It hits the spot every time.

First off, I want to complement the young lady that took my order. Very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate her help. I got the ham egg and cheese biscuits, which was phenomenal. In addition, I got a Joe dozen which is actually 16 donuts altogether and i must say the the donuts look phenomenal! My biggest complaint was that my s’mores donut smelled like wet dog. None of the other donuts had that smell and it was both the chocolate and the marshmallow that smelled like this. Pretty big turn off! I took a couple of bites and threw the other half away. I may visit another location in the future. However, I definitely will not be ordering this donut again. Something needs to be checked with this recipe.

For example: The first time we went, everything was fantastic. The second time they forgot to make one of our meals and completely ignored us
