Large portion sizes and affordable prices. Tried the bibimbap and loved that it came with lots of fresh veggies, split the meal with my sister and had some egg rolls on the side which were delicious.

Great food and service. I had Bulgogi beef Bibimbap. It was so delicious. Always happy to support family businesses. I’d rather spend my money here. The food is home made and healthier for you ? ⭐️

I been ordering them for over a year they just keep making the plates smaller and smaller rice doesn't cost anything barely for rice???? You paying 20 dollars for 50 pound bags and that makes at least 400 plates or more and you can't even put enough rice to eat with the meat. Typical cheap Asians never again if I ever bring you business I used to order for the whole office building and my kid's at least 3 time's a week. I paid for extra meat and it looked exactly like a regular order without pressing the extra meat they are worse then leeches SMH you lost a great customer and I'll make sure everyone i know never orders from here again

Long overdue review of THE best korean bbq in all of Chicago. Pretty much everything is good but the galbi and spicy pork are the best of the bunch. I make a trip down from the city at least once every two weeks for the food here. Aside from the food, the service is also great, with everyone very welcoming whenever we go. Went again today. Will probably go again next week.

Surprised to find a quick spot to eat good Korean food in the mall! I had very low expectations, knowing it is at a stall in the mall. Surprisingly, the bulgogi tasted fire grilled, same with the fried rice. Ramen was dressed with bulgogi and a hit with the kids. Tonkatsu (pork cutlets) were perfectly cooked and breaded. Kimchi was flavors balanced perfectly between fresh and slightly sour. Quick, delicious and friendly. They also offer catering at a comparable price...

In the barren wasteland of the Golf Mill shopping mall, this spot is an absolute GOLD MINE of cheap, delicious, fresh Korean food. The owners are cool, the service is great, and the food is cheap and delicious. What more can you ask for? Five stars.

Great portions and fresh food! The chicken and bulgogi were both flavourful and tender. Sauce is very good.

I love the chicken teriyaki! The sauce is so flavorful and the chicken itself is very savory too!

Don't sleep on Joy Korea! This is literally one of the two food court vendors that are still in existence inside the defunct Golf Mill mall - the place is going to go through complete renovation soon, but Joy Korea still keeps its patrons coming! After receiving a haircut, it was highly recommended to us to check Joy Korea out; appearances can be deceiving, because usually food court places tend to be a bit lackluster. The menu offers various 'BBQ', such as chicken and spicy chicken, chicken breast and spicy chicken breast, galbi, bulgogi and spicy bulgogi, pork and spicy pork (jaeyook bokeum), and shrimp; they also have chicken and pork katsu, japchae, bibimbop, ramen, soondooboo, and various sides (such as potstickers, eggrolls, kimchi, etc.). We tried the spicy pork, and it was pretty delicious! They prepare this over an open flame, so you have that nice flame/char taste to the meats; the marinade was flavorful, and the meal came with rice and various sides that were packed well. Definitely would like to check out the rest of the menu on the next visit. +flame-cooked KBBQ meats +located inside Golf Mill mall +plenty of parking
