This spot serves Seattle-style teriyaki, which is a sweeter, thicker, and saucier take on the Japanese classic. I had the spicy chicken teriyaki lunch special and for the price, it was okay. The dish wasn't spicy at all unfortunately. The chicken had a nice char but was a bit dry and coated in a sauce that was a bit too sweet for my taste. A touch more of soy sauce or salt would have balanced the flavors out nicely.

The food was excellent and the portions were generous! I had the noodles with beef, great quality meat and perfectly seasoned. My husband ordered the rice with beef, and while I personally didn’t love the flavor of the oil they use for the rice (I’m a little picky about that), it was still tasty and well-cooked. The restaurant is very clean, and the owners are incredibly kind and genuinely care about their customers. The egg rolls and their dipping sauce were absolutely delicious, crispy, flavorful, and freshly made! Highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal and great service.
