never had an actual issue with the food but the customer service is very poor. One of the workers was telling customers it was taking an hour per pizza just because it seemed like he wanted to get rid of them to work less. I tried to place an order over the phone and it went straight to voicemail. Not to mention as i am in here waiting 20 minutes for a simple cheese pizza the phone has rang 3+ and no one even bothered to bat an eye at that phone. I was clearly frustrated with the cashier when he told me all i could order was a large pizza when that’s not what i wanted and he proceeded by giving me attitude and asking me for a tip? Why should i tip a place who turns down customers just because they are too lazy to work??! Also, they are not serving me or doing anything that is worthy of earning a tip. Pick another pizza place cuz this one’s a joke

After not having this pizza for 15 years I decided to try it in particular for the pineapple pepsi. I ordered from the app and was called by door dash to tell me there is no pepsi. Why offer it if you don't have it? Why didn't this restaurant call and tell me? Poor customer service. Ill try again in 15 yrs.

The food is actually tasty, but there is a QC issue at this location. I had to put the wings back in the oven @ 400 for 5 more minutes and they were perfect. It’s a shame people think your wings are mid when they are actually decent if cooked correctly
The lunch combos are a good way to feed a hungry work crew.

Are all of you kidding me? How awful of a customer do you have to be to complain about wait times for pizza? Have you tried ordering pizza from a place that actually CARES about their pies? It takes TIME. For all the reasonable people, this is HANDS DOWN the B E S T Little Caesars you will ever eat from. Every single item I've gotten from this location has always been hands down absolutely incredible. Better than ANY other "fast food" style pizza place like dominoes or Pizza Hut.BE PREPARED TO WAIT. This location is ALWAYS busy but I promise you it is 100% worth the wait.Some of the best pizza you'll have for under $20.And PLEASE tip em. The staff is always so damn accommodating and so nice. They pour their heart and soul into everything they serve.
