Are all of you kidding me? How awful of a customer do you have to be to complain about wait times for pizza? Have you tried ordering pizza from a place that actually CARES about their pies? It takes TIME. For all the reasonable people, this is HANDS DOWN the B E S T Little Caesars you will ever eat from. Every single item I've gotten from this location has always been hands down absolutely incredible. Better than ANY other "fast food" style pizza place like dominoes or Pizza Hut.BE PREPARED TO WAIT. This location is ALWAYS busy but I promise you it is 100% worth the wait.Some of the best pizza you'll have for under $20.And PLEASE tip em. The staff is always so damn accommodating and so nice. They pour their heart and soul into everything they serve.

The food is not the problem. We know what to expect when you get Little Caesars Pizza. The time and long waits to get a pizza isnl ridiculous. I ordered 45 minutes ahead and my order still was not complete. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my order. The ETA was 30 mins. People wait in line and everyone's order is late. The owner of this place should be ashamed.

This was my first time, in a long time, trying little ceasers again. What a mistake. The app is awful but, in terms of restaurant experience, here's the summary.Purchased pizza bites through the app 30 minutes in advance. Arrive at location on time and its crowded. Customers are just standing around and no one from staff bothers to greet you or find out why youre there. Stood at counter for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and it never occurred - pizza guy was 6 feet away and never bothered to turn around. Decided to sit down and wait until pizza guy gets to regiister and finally realize through the app my order isn't ready. I decide I'll wait just like everyone else. Its about 10 mins past my order being scheduled. 10 more minutes go by of me just sitting there. Nothing. Finally decide to leave and 5 minutes later I finally get notification its ready. 2 pizza bites, 25 minutes late, and the worst part is there is no support available on the app. No one to email or call for a refund. Restaurant doesn't answer phones. If you decide to go here lower your expectations to 0. Good luck.

Apparently they stop taking orders at 8:30 but the store's "Open" sign was on and I was able to walk inside, the website also advertises a 9pm closing time. Was told they stop at 8:30 but it was 8:26 when I walked in the store. I've walked in to order well before closing time in the past and have never heard this rule.Personally it's rediculous to allow customers to come inside with the open sign illuminated but yet claim you are arent taking orders, if you stop taking orders at 8:30 you are essentially closed and should therefore be locking the doors. Be warned and order before 8:30 or earlier, Franchise owners please do better.

I worked there. Nobody is even aware of health code. We were usually out of soap. The mop sink is right next to the "clean" dishes, so they get covered in mop bucket water (which has been used to clean the spill of an overflowed toilet). I dropped a pizza box on the floor, and stepped on the inside of it, then I kicked it under a table so Nobody would slip on it. Later, the G.M. (Jamie) picked that box up off the floor, and put it back in the stack, to put someone's pizza in it. (I immediately threw away the box and the one underneath). People come out of a soapless bathroom, and proceed to start making the dough. Do not eat this food, and please don't feed it to your children. I'm so sorry for having been a part of this disgusting establishment.

2ND TIME MY ORDER WAS WRONG, this time I ordered a thin crust with extra sausage I got a regulars pizza with barley any sausage which is 3 or 4 dollars more. The employees and even the owners may think this is trivial, but Saturday night economical pizza this day and age is a treat. All slices were pretty much as pictured. LAST TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION

Solid fast-food pizza, but the reason I gave this location 5 Stars on Google is because of the staff/cashier assisting a Special Needs individual I work with, who ordered from there...the worker manning the register (Brandon I think his name was, this was on Sunday 11-5-23 at around 2p), showed a solid amount of patience. Props to the staff for being friendly towards an individual with a Mental Health Disability, especially on a busy football Sunday.
