ordered a McDouble they only added one patty, I could’ve paid for a regular cheeseburger if I wanted one patty. also ordered a hot coffee it tasted old and it was cold. worker at the drive thru taking the orders wasn’t taking our order the right way.

Curbside pick up almost always goes wrong for whatever reason on the app or there are no spaces are available, but the staff is quick to resolve this and find your order. The only time I get a happy meal in like five years and they forgot my kid fry. Great service but inconsistent at times.

I feel like it’s definitely hit or miss here. I often get the $5 meal and they will call out my order so I go to the counter to get my food, and they hand me the bag, but forget my cup and my sauces. So I will often have to stand at the counter for 5 more minutes waiting an employee to come back so I can ask for my cup and sauces… it’s quite annoying. And I’ve worked in fast food many times in my life, I get it, it gets busy, but this happens at non busy times. And even if it is busy they should be taking the time to read the bag and see that I have a drink and sauces with my order :/

Went through the drive thru, it was like 1 am, so not many cars, I was stuck in that drive thru literally 30 mins, so inefficient, supposedly the drive thru is the fast one

The lady who works at the drive thru around 1.00 am should be fired. She is very rude and makes customers feel very stupid. The way she talks is not the way any employee should talk to their customers. I didn't feel like eating after I saw how she talked and took care of me as a customer.

I didn’t eat anything all day I went here for some food and caught food poisoning I’ve been throwing up for 2days
The slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. Waited 15 minutes for a single 5$ meal deal. And I ordered ahead on the app too, so I guess there’s no benefits for doing that if you just have to wait at the restaurant an abnormally long time. Also they are very stingy with sauces. If you ask for ketchup In your bag, they will literally give you 2-3 small packets. The workers are nice, but the service is very slow and they’re stingy with sauce.

I ordered a breakfast number 9 at the drive thru. Which is a steak bagel meal. I got a Bacon bagel instead. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
