Consistent with other McDonald locations nearby in Glenview, we repeatedly find mistakes with the order, leaving out major portions of meals. Tonight they left out all 4 large fries that were included with our meals. my family was disappointed. We tried to call them and they sent us to voicemail. There was no opportunity to reconcile the order and we had to order $25 worth of fries on DoorDash. The brand is consistently failing at multiple locations and this is one of them. I wish McDonald’s would try to recover their mistakes.

Although I never really thought about reviewing a fast food chain however I frequent this location very often. I use the drive thru 99% of the time and the food for the most part is always on point based on the training perspective being a former employee and trainer of a McDonald team 20 years ago and far from here. The service is always friendly here and they can take a joke from time to time. Would definitely recommend it if you want something fast although the only thing that I would recommend is that they go back to telling customers thank you after giving them their food. It’s a sign of respect and gratitude for choosing the Golden Arches vs some other chain.

Disappointed. I have been going here pretty regularly, at this location, and I am disappointed with their customer service! Yesturday I was there and I was driving away, and unfortunately that's when I notice that I was missing a sandwhich. I called right away, several times, and no one was available to answer the phone. Today, I ordered again, and I told them that yesturday I was missing a sandwhich. The lady at the window said I needed a receipt. I told her I used the mobile app and she ignored me and said no I needed receipt. The mobile app does have a receipt, nut she didn't look interested to hear me. It's not about me getting a free sandwhich, or my money back, it's about how you treat your customers especially ones that go there regularly. Yesturday I had used my reward points, that I had built up, for a free sandwhich. Unfortunately I ended up not even able to get a free sandwhich, since it was missing in my order, therefore my points were lost, wasted. It sucked because I couldn't come back, since I had to go to work yesturday, and was hoping they could fix the issue today, but they did not. Sadly, I will not be coming back again. I can afford my sandwhich, but I can't afford this happening again. I sincerely was missing part of my order and it was like no one cared about it. For those who were reading, thanks for reading and just check your bags well when you order and dont end up like me.
Update: I found out I was short of money today I gave a $20 and say in my hands only $4 bucks in my hand when my meal only costed $10. I am definitely not coming back!!!
blonde lady at the drive thru doesnt know how to take order. ordered a sandwhich and i got a spicy version i didnt want. ask for fresh to order they gave me a cold sandwhich. i also so her picking her nose touching all the drink lids, cups, ice cream. i would stay away...

I really thought the service was great, with it being McDonald's and all. Of course foods always the same but when I said service the was because my cousin and I were actually sitting down waiting for our number to be call and the nice lady actually brought us out our food and asked us if we need anything else. That usually happens at a sit down restaurant not a fast food place. I will definitely be coming back. That and the food came out right and fast.

This is the worst McDonald ever ! All the workers are either deaf,mute or I don't know what else ! No one says Hi,no one says thank you,no one days bye ! These young teens that work there have no manners at all.Does McDonald provide training ?? Because EVERYONE at this location needs one !!!!!! I've been to this place many times,but NEVER AGAIN !!

Their idea of table service is to put your food in a bag and call the table number so you have to pick it up and bring yourself to the table. The breakfast steak sandwich I usually order always has at least 25% of uneatable pieces that you have to spit out. Too bad they give you only 2 napkins in that bag that should be a tray anyways; so sometimes you run out of space where you can spit it out. This is not a one time thing. It happens each time I visit this place. The only reason I come back is because it's close to my house.
