I always get the excuse that the ice cream machine is "broken" on the various visits I've made, not just to this location but others as wellI've worked fast food before, it's not broken. Ice cream is one of the most common purchases. McDonald's refuses to purchase an actually functioning ice cream machine? Doubtful. Just lazy to refill it with the ice cream mix into the machineJust go to Culver's instead

No more cheat dates eating clean never will touch a Burger
Every morning when the spanish lady is there theyre to lazy to make a caramel frappe but when the guy is there he always has some..i leave early to get a frappe and to just get disapointed made me write about several times this review. They need to keep the guy there in the mornings instead of the spanish lady w the colored eye lids...theres no other McDonald's near me either ...so no i havent had my coffee..tha ks for nothin.made me hate that place.hope the dunkin donuts next door bankrups them..dec 29 2023.Again jan 5 2024.Fri jan 12 2024.

The person in the morning, I don’t know her name. She’s usually there to take drive-thur payment for breakfast hours, and has an accent. She’s quick and efficient and makes the service in the drive through very convenient when I want to make a quick stop before I go to work.When I go there in the evening its pretty decent too. Usually the mornings are chaotic but are relatively quick in getting the order ready!My favorite McDonalds!

Inconsistent schedule, never open when they say they are, close sooner then there schedule says and the staff gets mad at you for waiting in the drive thru if they aren't taking any more orders. They stopped taking orders at 11pm tonight though schedule says midnight. But all the lights on and display on at the drive thru and cars just waiting and no decency to at least tell you they are closed... You just wait and wait. And unfortunately, this has happened in multiple occasions.
