I also read their responses on high prices which they are talking about using belgian chocolates, But I dont see the quality reflecting in their chocolates.
This place used to be genuinely good but the last visit turned out to be hugely dissapointing.

If you have self-respect, don't go here because the people there don't respect you The desserts were delicious, but the employees should definitely change, otherwise I don't want to go again, I won't recommend it to anyone. The cashier doesn't help me order very sullenly and definitely doesn't even say thank you, the girl who brought the dessert didn't say a word. (We went 4 and she put all the desserts in front of me and she didn't ask which one for who, I said all of these, not mine, she looked at me badly and never talked again, They talk and joke among themselves inside, but they never have service and respect for the customer. I've already paid enough tip If I knew it would be like this, I would never eat inside.

I am not so fond of chocolates so that is why I dont wanna go there again. Well what they r serving tastes really good. Seems too much crowded. The sitting space is small. Whoever loves chocolates could find this place a heaven of taste. I love desi pakistani desserts more than these kind of desserts.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Never call they will hang up because they find it fit to say their message and hang up! In person they aren’t welcoming look at you stupid for asking questions. The food is good but won’t return because of their customer service!

Good sweets but if you want to get judged by the people here go ahead be my guest, cashier was too tired to work I guess… couldn’t even understand what she was trying to say , also they don’t sell what they show off TikTok or social media. Came in and asked for the Dubai chocolate and they didn’t sell it here. Doesn’t make sense how they’re promoting off TikTok when they don’t sell what they show. Overall the chocolate is good but the people who are dining in just stare at you up and down and if you don’t look like one of them they start giving faces and judging by your race.
