Are they closed or out of business? I was there, 6:30 pm, Jan 5, 2018. Lights off, doors locked, but sign said OPEN. I used to go here in the 90's (it was my favorite Korean restaurant--and I go to a lot of them) but I had not been here in a while....I heard they changed hands. Willing to amend review if things change
