So I'm going to start off by saying that noodles& company is actually pretty good and I enjoy their food. It's never too much or too little. It's actually a nice serving. Now I'm giving it one less star because when I went in there I saw an item on the menu that I went to order and then was told I couldn't unless I was some member of some noodles& company group. I know this sounds weird but I literally went to order it and I was told I couldn't and it would be out in 2 weeks. But if I was this member of whatever noodles cult they're talking about I could have gotten it then. So, one less star for that otherwise reasonably good food.

This is the WORST noodles location! Every time we go here instead of old orchard we regret it. This is the third time we've gotten mac and cheese with excess liquid and cheese barely melted on top. We live 5 minutes away and it is almost cold when we get home and open it. Go back to have it remade and it takes 15 minutes for them to remake it instead of taking care of their mistake promptly. Time to call corporate. Old orchard location is perfect every time I recommend going there instead.

Food is good here but the atmosphere is TERRIBLE. The music is ALWAYS loud EVERY time I'm here, and asking the staff to turn it down does no good. Don't plan on dining in here! Get it to GO.Edit: I just measured the sound level in the restaurant. At 3:50 pm the max decibels was 75! Average was 65 db. NOT conducive to dining whatsoever.

So busy at the restaurant tonight, but Eric and the crew did a GREAT job of getting us our food fast. They didn’t sacrifice quality just to get people out the door faster. Love this place! Also, get the Impossible Nuggets as your protein here. The breading they use is the best.

awesome staff, I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello by Jess and Ivan was very helpful with explaining the different dishes and had great recommendations. Definitely better than the Harlem one.

This is what your mac & cheese will look like when you come in 30 minutes before closing. I get coming in 30 minutes before closing sucks, but there were no customers waiting in line. There was no need to rush the food. Even if we stayed later, there were still other customers sitting down, still eating their food. This is not the first time it's happened either, it's always this location. Old Orchard was great, when we showed up 30 minutes before closing..

It's funny how some of the reviews here say there's great customer service when it's all the opposite! As soon as you enter the door no one greets you, then your standing at the cashier for a good 10 min before anyone notices you. After that they say, it will take about 20 min to get your food, we are running behind. And lastly they don't even get your order right. This location on Touhy is the worst! Please hire NEW staff! Everyone needs to go.... especially the manager ? on the evenings ? the one with dreadlocks on the head.?

Service is very bad they're never consistent never taking fault always blaming the customer I've talked to the manager over and over the constantly screw up orders it's a sad situation I would not want to order from there and if you do please check your stuff or you will be upset when you get home and when they tell you to add water to your pasta tell them to go and get retrained sad situation where are we living what happened to customer service

Your Adams street guys don't have good services. I did put in an instruction saying no broccoli but they went ahead and added it. After telling them, they gave me same food in the same bowl looking nasty. They need customer service training. Poor service for a first timer. I had to thrash the food away when I got home. I don't think I will ever step a foot there or recommend them to anyone.
