Great place for breakfast !- Ordered the Omega Skillet- Good ambiance.- Big portions and tasty food compared to the small price.- Big pastries variety at the entrance counter.- Can accommodate big groups too.- The staff came to our table often for the refills or to clear the table.- They serve a shortcake at the beginning of the service instead of bread like any other restaurant. (Big plus)

Food and cakes are unseasoned and dry, staff is not friendly, place is outdated and dirty, and most people are old and rude, overall a bad place to eat especially when you are young, I was treated extremely disrespectful by the multiple servers and it was clear in the shift in mood when my older parents came to sit in my table.

A $46.00 server ticket turned into a $47.38 credit card charge at the register. On questioning the difference I got told (with immediate attitude) "3% service charge". That was a surprise since I generally notice small print to this effect on menus and suchlike, so I inquired where the charge is posted and the cashier said words to the effect "I don't know where it is written down". I asked if it was a credit card surcharge or a service charge for all transactions but was 100% unable to get a sensible answer to that question, just a parrot repeating "3% service charge" with the comment that no manager was on duty, I'd need to call "Tom" to discuss the charge.TOTAL NONSENSE, WE WILL NOT BE BACK, PLENTY OTHER PLACES TO EAT.

My tuna melt was good and my husband liked the pattie melt. The service was alright. Not the best. Even though it's a 24 hour restuarant. The server rushed us a bit. Because she was getting off.
This place has been on a downward slope for a while now, the only correct thing they are doing is walking you to your seat. Food went from a 7 to a 3, service went from a 8 to a 2, and good lucky trying to get them to get your order right. You would have an easier time pulling teeth. Bread is all dry, you ask for easy ice and they bring you the iceberg that sunk the titanic, you ask for the endless soup bowl they bring you a cup of soup that’s half filled. I recall when you order the endless soup it comes in a bowl, not a cup. The waitress are so lazy that the new condiments on the table still have the wrapping on them, I guess you can at least say that’s fresh. Baked French onion soup has ( I can’t even say less or no flavor) it has negative flavor. Also don’t you dare ask for limes, and even if you do, they will say yes/sure but still bring you a lemon. I don't know if they see a difference from green and yellow.Then when you ask for a manager, they bring you some guy who listens to your complaint, then walks you to the manager for you to explain it again. ????????????

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Horrible food and horrible services! There was hair on my fries, the lady working in the cash register doesn’t acknowledge me and goes ahead and attends someone that just arrived when I had been waiting for 5 mins. Ridiculous change this service!
