The food at this location is good but it's very poorly managed. I have been waiting 20 minutes for them to bring me a simple drive thru order and it happens often at this location. Half an hour before they close they stop making food and will tell you 25 minutes before closing that they are done for the night and do not have much left.
You will have to do better if you want this location to stay in business.

Food quality is never consistent and not fresh and portion is also small. Whoever does the cooking needs to be replaced. Rice was not fully cooked and vegetable are from left over looking quality.

Service great, and fast, but it's like you gotta ask them to scoop it up better or maybe it's intentional to people a salad. I asked for Beijing beef and chowmein but I got 10% noodle 10% beef and everything else is chopped lettuce ? , again everything is great but this happens to me a lot only here

Came to this location 1 hour before closing time. More than half of the menu was unavailable and I was told by staff that nothing else was being cooked for the day (including the Chow Mein). I love Panda Express, but I don't see coming back to this location.
For the longest time, I saw Panda Express as cheap, unappealing Chinese food that I’d occasionally crave once or twice a year. But every time I ate, I was like yea, no more panda for a year.
So, I ranked Panda Express at the bottom of the fast food chain obviously. However, this particular LOCATION completely changed my perspective. About two months ago, it was about time, so I ate from this Panda, and I was so impressed. The meal was hot, perfectly cooked, not overly salty or oily, just a delightful and affordable meal.
Impressed, I downloaded the app, thinking I might actually visit this place more frequently. Now, I've been coming here roughly every two weeks, and it never disappoints! I never imagined I’d enjoy Panda Express this much.
I genuinely want to applaud the cook and manager for their excellent work. Many other reviews seem unrealistic—expecting more beef than broccoli in a $10 meal? Come on.
I definitely recommend kung Pao chicken and teriyaki chicken for sure. Sweet chicken thingy and shrimp was meh.

Showed up at 9.10 to order dinner for my pregnant wife. I was told they were out of orange chicken and would not be cooking anymore for the evening. Whatever was still out was still available. Store does not close till 10! Two other customers walked in and were told the same thing. One was served by shoving food in the container as if a customer being there was burden. Very dismissive and condescending staff. Went 15 minutes down the road to Panda Express on Carpenter Ave who was also out of orange chicken BUT said it would be a 5 minute wait they would have it right up. I would not spend a dollar at this location.
