The drive thru is always a ridiculously long wait. I swear, they work with the bare minimum staff which negatively impacts the wait time. I think going into the establishment may give you a quicker turnaround. The staff doesn't always ask for my rewards number. The staff isn't very friendly. The food is expensive.

The worst Panera ever. After picking Cobb salad with chicken at 8 pm for dinner I realized there was no chicken on it. I realized it once I was already home after 14 hour shift. Now I had to go out again to another place at 9 pm to get myself a proper dinner. When I submit a complain, general manager Jenny Ryback reached out and said she will get me a voucher for my inconvenience. Well, she never did. Now I don't care about the voucher or free food. I just wanted a proper dinner after work. However, when you reach out but don't follow through, it is worse than when some employee made a mistake and forgot chicken. With such management, no wonder employees are bad. Will never go back to any Panera.

I ordered the frontega chicken sandwich which I've had before. I took a bite of it and there was avocado in there. I'm allergic to avocado. I double checked the website and there is not supposed to be any avocado on the sandwich so I wasn't even thinking to make sure there wasn't any before a bit into it because it's not supposed to be there. Then since I had to throw out the sandwich I at least was looking forward to my Fuji apple salad. There was absolutely no dressing on the salad. I checked the website again. There is supposed to be balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the salad. There was none in the bag either. So I had to force myself to eat this dry salad because I was hungry. Do not recommend this location!

Every time I go to this place my order is always incorrect or missing. On several occasions the bowl of soup is not filled up all the way. Today I ordered 2 bowls of soup with 2 baguettes and this is what I received. I will not be going back to this place. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in Mount Prospect.

Ordered a pickup order and had a challenging time locating it. No one seemed to be in charge, staff seems disorganized and frantic. The restaurant was dirty and the food wasn't good. I expect more from Panera and I won't be returning to this one.

Normally this Panera is very good. However, their hours are beyond inconsistent. I like that this Panera is open until 10 PM on Saturdays. Unfortunately, the staff feels they can put up a sign and close early. I make a long drive just to go to this location on Saturday nights and this is happened multiple times. I've even called in advance of coming. The automated voice system continues to provide the wrong closing time. Stick to your hours!

Very bad experience ordering the chai latte. It was lukewarm and not very good at all. If I had known it would be like that I would just get the regular cup of coffee instead or a cookie, something that would be safe and hard not to mess up. I mostly like to go to Panera because there is ample room to sit and do work.

I worked for Panera and this location definitely needs more staff where they had to close down their drive-thru. I get it with the pandemic and nobody wants to work but this location could really use a lot more people to help them out. Especially the bathrooms could really use some TLC(tender loving care) dishes are piling up in the dining room, non of the staff look happy at all. The food is still great but it's not about the food it's the whole Panera Team. Most of the team members here at this location were not very friendly like they didn't make eye contact and not greet you when you walk in. If they can't do these little things then they shouldn't be working in the food industry. They also need to retrain their staff cause clearly what I saw is that the staff here don't care about their establishment. Nothing stocked, napkins empty. Corporate needs to come down to this location and walk through this location ASAP.

I think this Panera is just very understaffed. It's very dirty most of the time and has bad food.

Went here all the time growing up. I just feel like the quality dropped a little bit. Silverware was dirty, so I asked for a different one. It was also dirty. The food also wasn't as good as before... the bakery still really good though

Food is delicious but Panera refund policy is very unfriendly to the consumers. They agreed on phone that yes, they have part of my order there, sorry( their fault) but cannot give me a refund over the phone I would have to go back in to store for refund, although they can mail me a voucher! Just wanted the 9.00 refunded to me. As a consumer I know that a big portion will f these vouchers will not be used, lost, forgotten. So more money in the huge chains pocket!! I think it is unreasonable and a bit scammy that the Mgr admired that yes, I did not get my item yet cannot refund over the phone, thus ruining my whole evening.

Same as a bunch of reviews. Had missing ingredients on sandwiches and missing sides. Haven't gone in a long time because of that but figured I'd try again. Nothing changed. Won't go again.

i love panera but this panera is absolutely horrible. there is a reason why this location has such low ratings. the food is whatever, but the service is s**** i used to come to this location often during my lunch break because it was close to my work. the first 5 times i went, i would ask for bread, and they would give me chips. On the third, fourth time I believe they started to do it on purpose. it's not that hard to mess that up. I ordered an ice coffee, they gave me hot coffee. They were hesitant on giving me the right order. i can go on about how this panera is the worst place i've ever eaten at. just trust me when i say there's other places near by that's actually worth ur time and money.

Be careful of this place: 1. Check your items when you do a take out on separate occasions they have forgotten to place pastries I ordered and other items. In addition, if you order soups they might not place disposable utensils in the take out bag and you have to request them 2. Check the prices of what you order - I had to cross check an item today.The cashier was like "I don't know why your bill is so much". I went through item by item with him then and he was not happy about that. Not very professional, everyone deserves the right to know the cost of item they are ordering. 3. This was my experience and I would not go there again. Keep in mind others may have had different experiences with them 4. Thank you.
