Ordered the tomato basil but and that is not what I received as there was no basil on this sandwich. The sandwich was made in a sloppy manner and it's contents were oozing out all over the wrapper. Way too much lettuce. Disappointed for what I paid for it.

Came in to have breakfast. It was very disappointing, paid 10$+ for the vegetable sandwich (8items). There was just 1 leaf of the basil which was cut into 2 in the sandwich( even after paying extra for veggies). Did order chipotle sauce, and this is what I gotā¦. Is this Paneraās standard!!!

Tuna Salad Sandwich...better known as "Half A Loaf of Bread that was waved over some tuna to pick up the aroma and then splashed with some lettuce and a skinny slice of tomato"... 2 flights away and back in one day to be have this waiting for me when I got home for dinner...Literally! Could Not Be More Let Down... But, I already expected it.
I was reluctant in leaving a review because I donāt see the point of it, or how is this going to help me in the future, but itās getting annoying at this point. Every time I order a sausage breakfast sandwich Iām getting my order messed up. It doesnāt matter how I order, drive thru or online, I never get the sausage patty. Very frustrating. The only reason Iām getting it is because of the sausage which my 2 year old son likes very much, and itās the one thing thatās missing from the order. Today, I added bacon as well, and guess what? No sausage patty again. It just baffles me how can they miss the MAIN ingredient in that order!!
