On a recent midmorning visit, I ordered a Half Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad for take-home, which was a mistake: it lacked any chicken. Furthermore, I had a rude encounter with one of the kitchen staff. I wrote to the general manager, Jenny Rybackc, to complain, and she wrote back that she would send me a voucher to replace my defective order. Four weeks later, nothing has come despite my sending her a reminder.

I like Panera for quick and easy food. I like the atmosphere and quietness.
The woman who took order was veery rude and treat people by their race. I asked her to refill hazelnut coffee, she looked at me very meanly and pretended that she did not hear me and did not refill, I was in this same location couple of times, and every time she acts like that.

The two women in the reception area are the most rude and arrogant people i ever met for customer service . I saw one woman calls the another and they were literally whispering about me in front of me . She was arguing over my sip club subscription its already active somehow in the system she is not seeing so i had to just walk away from her and i ordered thru the app . She should just get out from there on her own or should be replaced!!!

I stopped going to this Panera a couple of months ago, terrible service, wrong order, the drive through can't get tgeorder right, and the manager doesnt seem to care that this Panera is a mess.
