I worked here years ago. I like the different food that they prepare here. Specialty pizzas are always good if you don't know which one to get.

Terrible customer service experience. I thought I might have a better customer experience walking into the store and ordering, but it was quite the opposite. I walked in and asked if there were deals tonight and was quoted $ 10 dollars for a large pizza. After ordering, they ended up charging me the full price. I didn't realize that until after I paid, and when I asked them about it, the cashier just said, we told you the price, and that was it. Don't even bother ordering in the store. Just go online and order, or call it in.

Got pizza from here with my son. And it was so disgusting. It had obviously been sitting all day. I’ve been sick the past two days from it. You guys should be ashamed and not allowed to be in business.

My recent visit to Papa John's was one of the most disheartening and distressing experiences I've had in any restaurant. I was wearing traditional Indian attire, which I often do to celebrate my cultural heritage, and the treatment I received from the staff was nothing short of racist and discriminatory.
Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed the staff's reaction to my presence. They exchanged looks and whispered to each other, casting glances at my traditional clothing. Despite this, I proceeded to place my order for a cheese pizza, hoping the service would improve.
When I approached the counter, the cashier barely acknowledged me, giving only a cold and indifferent look. I asked for a cheese pizza, and the cashier sighed audibly, as if my request was an inconvenience. The staff continued to whisper and snicker among themselves, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
As I handed over my Amex Platinum card to pay for my order, I noticed the cashier's eyes widen in surprise. It was as if they couldn't believe that someone dressed in Indian attire could possess such a card. This reaction was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. The cashier's behavior implied a prejudice based on my appearance, which is utterly unacceptable.
While I waited for my pizza, the staff's mocking glances and whispers persisted. It was evident that my traditional clothing was the subject of their ridicule. When my order was finally ready, the cashier rudely called out my number without even looking at me. As I collected my pizza, I overheard one of the employees making a derogatory comment about my attire. This was the final straw.
I confronted the staff about their behavior, but instead of apologizing, they smirked and dismissed my concerns. Feeling humiliated and disrespected, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager's response was equally disheartening. They offered a half-hearted apology that lacked any sincerity or commitment to addressing the issue.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with Papa John's. It is appalling that in this day and age, such blatant racism and discrimination can occur in a place of business. My traditional Indian attire is a part of my identity, and being mocked for it is an attack on my cultural background.
I urge Papa John's to take immediate action to address this issue. The staff should undergo comprehensive training on cultural sensitivity and customer service. There should also be strict consequences for any employees found engaging in discriminatory behavior.
I will not be returning to Papa John's and will be advising my friends and family to avoid this location as well. No one deserves to be treated with the disrespect and prejudice that I experienced. Until Papa John's can ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect, they have lost a loyal customer.
In conclusion, my visit to Papa John's was a deeply negative experience marked by racist behavior and poor customer service. I hope that sharing my story will encourage Papa John's to reflect on their values and take the necessary steps to prevent this kind of behavior in the future.

So, we were initially going to get tacos at Taco Maya, but a poster on the window of the neighboring Papa Johns caught my attention. “CHEESY BURGER PIZZA.” I was struck by desire and something ravenous inside of me awakened and I was on the mobile app ordering myself one before you could say π.
I ordered the Large Epic Stuffed Crust Cheesy Burger Pizza with no tomatoes and extra onions. The pictures don’t do it justice—you just have to try it on your own. I mean, come on, do I really need to say much? Also, I had been wanting to try pickles on pizza, and this was the PERFECT opportunity. They were the STAR of the show.
There was so much deliciousness packed into that pizza box. They used a burger sauce instead of the typical marinara as the base, and it just accentuated the cheesy burgery goodness of the pie. ? ? ?
Would recommend to eat with Taco Maya’s jalapeño salsa and a can of root beer. Because that’s how i ate it and it SMACKED ME SIDEWAYS.

Their pizza is fresh and delicious. Delivery takes a long time . Unable to understand and bothered why do their drivers keep asking for tips every time . Courtesy is good but not all the time.
poor management and customer service. literally ordered from uber eats and they said it was coming when i called the store. it never did so they told me to order through the website. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and that order ALSO NEVER ARRIVED. worst of all, the management tried to act like i was crazy, did acknowledge or even attempt to HELP correct the situation. i’m now out $60 and fam still hungry! i was a weekly loyal customer and now, I will never order from there again. very unprofessional and really stupid way to treat someone that paid you every week (for years). maybe don’t be in customer service if you suck at interacting with people. work behind a desk. WORST.
Christians the man ! Make sure to tip the savings
