⭐ Paris Baguette – Niles (Rude and Unprofessional Service) I visited Paris Baguette in Niles today and had an extremely unpleasant experience due to the cashier’s attitude. Her behavior was rude and not friendly at all. When I asked about the price of a bread that was not labeled, she showed no willingness to help and did not even look at the item. Instead, she gave a vague answer and repeated it without clarification. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. If she did not want to respond to customers or provide basic assistance, she should not be working at the front counter. Customers are not just there to pay and pick up products — we expect friendly and professional service, especially in a customer-facing role. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location. I would much rather go to Tous Les Jours (뚜레쥬르), where customer service has consistently been better.

The shop is located inside the HMart. I ordered a decaf almond milk latte (dietary restrictions on dairy and caffeine for a while). Hands down, one of the only places I've ever been to where the almond milk doesn't taste fake, and have that plastic/chemically after taste. I frequent coffee shops like there's no tomorrow and have tried tons of milk alternatives when I was staying off dairy and I was really impressed. Idk if they use a specific brand or what but it tasted great and usually they just taste ok. This really scratched my latte itch. The girls at the counter were also super nice. Pleasantly surprised! Will be back!

Came back here once again - had Mocha Slice cake - Wow - light yet deep and lasting taste of Mocha on a cake was delightful. Match that with decaf coffee - a wonderful stop after dinner. Love the way they change menu depending on season.

That said, the quality doesn’t always match the appearance. Some items taste a bit mass-produced, and the prices feel a little high for what you get. Service can also be hit or miss depending on how busy it is. Overall, it’s a decent café for a quick bite, but not quite the authentic French bakery experience it looks like from the outside.
