Our second time eating here servers were not nice IAsk her if they have crispy pan noodles? She reply no ? If it’s not in the menu no?? Ok my hubby order oxtail pho he like it’s and we order spring rolls not that good compared to another Vietnamese restaurant will not coming back! After pay our bill no thank you at all even when we walk out! Never experienced this kind of services we are in restaurants business ourselves when customer leave our restaurant we always greet them say thank you!

I really loved my dinner. The service was so nice, fast and attentive. I had the brisket Pho and everything was fresh and flavorful. Very filling and warming. Flavors were perfect. The restaurant was clean and I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

I am incredibly disappointed and upset due to the complete lack of customer service I received. I specifically asked for a dinner option that was vegetable and noodle based and also spicy. However, the lady taking my dine-in order suggested a dish that ended up being a salad. The salad was not advertised as a salad but instead was listed with the other cooked entrees.When the salad was served, I asked the lady why she did not inform me that it was a salad. She spoke very well and there was no communication gap between us. I expressed my disappointment and frustration with her unwillingness to provide me with a cooked meal of vegetables and noodles, which was what I had originally requested. Although I paid for the salad, I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided.As a result of this experience, I have decided to go to another restaurant to have my dinner. These types of places are often passed over time and time again because they do not hold themselves to the same standards as their competitors. Although they may have made their money for the day, they have lost a customer for tomorrow and beyond.Vegetarian options: They do not come with pictures they do a terrible job helping you understand what it is you you are ordering

I've been craving for soup since last night and it's been awhile that I had bun bo hue, so I waited till the next day to get it. I walked there to order a to-go bun bo hue, got my food and walked back home. I didn't realized that my food was ice cold. I never had any kind of this experience. I don't even live that far, and there's no sign of the soup being warm at all. I was disappointed and hopefully I don't get stomach ache...

Are you craving your mommy‘s soup? Best soup place in Chicago ever. Family owned and operated restaurant you really feel the house made taste and top service. Very comfortable to eat out on any occasion rain, snow or shine is always a good option.Try the Thai tea is delicious!

I expected a lot for the Pho taste but the soup is very Instant taste using the Hoisin sauce and a lot of MSG ! And too little herbs ! Too clear & brown soup ? Even before we taste it we know it's the way to make the cheap, easy, fast instant soup ! The real soup is made of meat & bones, and herbs.
The server greeted my party right away bc they were slow. The food was made fast. The customer service is bad bc waiter never came back to ask how we are doing or refill our water. Our water cup was like a 8oz glass cup like really? Food overpriced for the quality. Waiter took our order by memory and what do you, she missed our drinks and still had us charged for it and when paying, we had mentioned it. Well they decided to give it to us to go instead.......won't be back again!!!!!

So bad Experience here.After working I ordered two of phodinner for my husband and me.When I open them , oh my goodnessThere almost no thing noodles .It such bed experience ever never happened before.We could not eat dinner.So upset they Do not have responsibility to coustmer at all.The owner doesn’t have any manner and responsibility at all.We paid $50 to got soup and vegetables .She doesn’t feel excuse at all about bad service .So such bad feelings this restaurant

If you want good Vietnamese food, I would check this place out. The pho is delicious, but I would also try their bahn mi or the fried porkchops with rice with the friend egg. So good!

Today was my second visit and the food was just as good as the first time. The server was attentive, answered our questions and gave us time to look over the menu.I ordered the Pho with beef tendon and thinly sliced rib-eye steak accompanied by some crispy egg rolls. Food came in less than 5 minutes!! The soup came in a huge bowl with chunks of meat and a ton of noodles. Fresh bean sprouts and basil were served on the side. The broth was beautifully flavored just like I remembered -- light and clear with a hint of star anise. I managed to eat most of it but had to pack the rest of the soup to go. Next time, I'm going to ask for raw slices of the rib-eye. It was totally overcooked by the time I got it.Coming back next week with more friends in tow. I'm looking forward to the next visit.Parking: Tons of free parking available behind the restaurant.
