My salad was getting black it was stinky and not tasty when I brought it to the people who made it they said it’s all we have… I look into main bowl where they take it from and it was nasty…I asked for hot Cesar salads which means that the chicken should be freshly cooked and guess what ? I received chicken that was warmed up in the microwave ?♂️This place is getting worse every time I’m here that’s why almost don’t eat here anymore.

they cheat you off chopped salad by choosing to serv it in the plastic containers they order.it has 2 holes on the top lid for dressing i wont even need. that could be 2 holes of salad but they cheap ..used to be a bacon cheeseburger fan..used to eat it every day for 17 weeks..but then the flavour and smell of the meat changed and they kept on serving me cold meat burgers ..got tired of it..it aint safe .had their beef croissant with beef that gave me explosive diarrhea..since then its been breaded chicken sandwich only.. i learned how to make ur pasta myself so i don't have to pay a ton for nothing..one night i lost personal item in the place .they were closed but ppl inside were still closing though ..knocked on the window explained with hands whats up and the 2 guys by the window who know me by face understood my dilemma...they didnt even try but instead they treated me like a random drunk and ignored me ...

I had a fantastic experience at Portillo's Niles! Everyone from the staff, including those cleaning tables, went above and beyond. It was the first time I've seen such attentive service at a Portillo's. They even cleaned off our table for us. The cleanliness, even outside the building and in the parking lot, was impressive. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!Dietary restrictions: Told them I could not have onions. They completely understood did not put onions on anything. I orderedParking: Plenty of parking and very clean parking lot.

Everything was going well until a big fat whale of a white man in a suit who I assume is a GM came over and started harrassing my son trying to forcefully get him to wear a paper hat by shoving it on his head while grabbing his arm and yelling at my 7 year old son and getting in his face for refusing. All while I was trying to order some food. Someone really needs to get someone from corprate to really re-evaluate the people they hire here. Don't go here if you are a minority or a single parent it seems.Kid-friendliness: Not at all child friendly
