This place is amazing great food and service . I came in for a slice and a coke their credit card machine was not working. So he gave me the slice and coke and told me to pay him later. I am usually a regular in there. I grabbed lunch. These guys are wonderful. I will definitely be back to get more food and pay you back for the slice and Coke that you gave me today. Such a great neighborhood pizza joint...👍👍

Rosati’s: where the pizzas are overpriced, and the customer service is a joke. I called to order a pizza and was told it would be $25. When I asked, “Pardon me?” the guy sneered, “You heard me.”
Excuse me? Is this the Thanksgiving spirit? For $25, I expect gourmet treatment, not this attitude. It’s laughable that they think they can charge top dollar while treating customers like dirt. Save your money and your dignity—order from literally anywhere else.

They "offer" you a birthday dessert but when you try to order it online, an error occurs&says to call the restaurant. So I called&no one answers..so I went in&told the owner since he was the only 1 there what the issue was. He says it can only be done online(again, which doesn't work)&he refused to honor it because he wanted credit for the free coupon they give to you&told me to call Rosati's since it's them who want to do this he said. Ummm..Rosati's doesn't have a customer service number so basically he was telling me "screw you". It was the smug way he answered me that made me tell him, you really lost a loyal customer over this. He replied "Yeah, so be it." So I hope this place shuts down&he goes out of business as there are plenty of other pizza places around who know how to run a business&treat customers fairly.

Carry out only. Thin crust is great. But it's always the same specials and deals. I wish they would change it up a bit. Not only that but if your choosing a coupon you can't alter the toppings amount. That should be changed as this doesn't make sense. You should be allowed to pay extra for extra toppings when using coupons.

Placed delivery order on 09/27 for a 12” Meat Mania Pizza. The pizza was somewhat warm, but more on the cooler side. Not like your typical delivered pizza. Keep in mind the pizza cost a total of $33+ once it arrived at the hotel. I was able to reheat the pizza prior to eating it.
The crust on my pizza tasted like unsalted Saltine Crackers. After eating a couple of slices of this pizza I tossed it in the trash can. I was not pleased with this pizza at all. I took the loss of the $33+ that I wasted on this pizza. This was truly a first time visit to Chicago learning experience for me.
