This is mainly a review for such a worker such a staff member somebody that should definitely be management or above. I write this because of : Kia !!!!! She is an amazing woman this night. I was doing delivery for DoorDash. It was very cold out a winter storm. Just to enter the building to see this wonderful spirit in front of me very friendly happy to help me right away with a smile gave me the proper times when the food would be ready SHOP offered her service to me any questions she would be there to answer them. I was able to sit down relax for a while to the food was ready. She made sure she marked the boxes for my customer. Let me take photos of it as I bagged the bag in boxes into my control bag. I wish I can see her every day there talk with such a wonderful woman. I hope Rosati’s sees this and rewards her because she is who your customers talk to and see has not just about the pizza being great. It’s about the service that makes the food so much better. I think I was spoiled at the Nancy's in Niles. So quick backstory. We ordered from Nancy's for 15 plus years and the thin crust and deep dish was amazing. It was so consistent. The cheese was super soft, the sauce tasted perfect and the dough was done just right every time. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when the new owners changed the recipe and now it's awful. So sad. It's the end of an era. Anyway, we were looking for a new permanent place and I remember having a good experience at other Rosati's locations and decided to give this one a try. We ordered a large thin crust cheese and a 6 slice deep dish. Both of them were really disappointing. The cheese was cooked to the consistency of plastic, the sauce was WAY too salty and the deep dish was not a deep dish at all. It was pretty much a regular slice, somewhere in between a deep dish and a thin crust. Looks like we will be looking for a different permanent place. :(

The rudest delivery driver I have ever seen... I gave him a zero tip. When I placed my order I gave specific instructions to open up the front door and take the elevator up to my unit. The delivery driver called me and asked if I could come downstairs instead because of something about his car being parked in the street. When I got downstairs his car was parked in a legal parking spot right in front of my house. When I asked him why he could not have just delivered the pizza to my door he got very rude and just said that I could come down and get it. Then he handed me the pizzas and walked off... I opened up the door and asked don't I have to sign for something and he ignored me and kept walking... Then when I said the same thing again... He just put his hand in the air and brushed me off. I called the restaurant to tell them what happened and instead of being apologetic they were overall dismissive about what happened.. with this terrible customer service with one of their own drivers (one of their own employees). I will not be giving them my business again

I recently stopped by this place for dinner for the fam and was genuinely impressed! The pizza was outstanding — the crust had that perfect crisp (just how I like it!), full of flavor, with a rich, tangy tomato sauce and high-quality cheese that melted beautifully. The toppings were fresh and well-portioned, not overwhelming the base. The house salad was just as impressive!!! Got a side of 4 cheese ravioli and it was just delicious! (must try it)
As for the service, it was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu. The service was fast and had my order completed in no time.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that does both pizza and salads right — with great service to match. Balanced it out!!

My girlfriend and I decided to try a new specialty pizza tonight and went with The Godfather. The fresh garlic and hot giardiniera gave it an amazing kick! We also got the Garlic Bread with Cheese. It was a fantastic choice for a cozy night in, and the leftovers are already calling our names.
