Without a doubt worst Starbucks in the whole Chicagoland area. The drinks are always made terribly, something is always wrong, and the attitudes are crazy. This shrew working at the drive thru pissed me off so much today. Not only did I have to repeat my order like 3 times but she still got the size wrong. Then when I spoke a little louder cause she kept saying “wHaT” she says “OKAY” to me in a loud and passive aggressive voice. Then when I pull up I look at one of the drinks and it looks way lighter than it should. I start saying that it looks too light and instead she OF COURSE says she can’t hear me and instead starts laughing at me. I understand that everyone has bad days but customers also have bad days and something like this can really piss someone off.

I took a large cappuccino with soy milk, but there was barely half a glass in the middle when the foam came off, I'm very unhappy, it's not worth $6

The person at the counter said I had to buy something first before using the restroom, even though I had informed him that I was diabetic and still said I had to purchased something even though there was a very long line of people ahead of me. This establishment needs to be reprimanded for discrimination against a disabled diabetic handicap.

My daughter and I stopped in to purchase drinks while on the way to do some shopping. As I approached the counter to begin ordering, my daughter caught up and asked me to get the code for the restroom. I asked the cashier for the code and was informed that their new policy is that the customer has to finalize payment for an item prior to receiving the bathroom code. It seems ridiculous that as a customer is ordering his/her child cannot enter the restroom to relieve him/herself. This policy caused us to leave without spending any money at this establishment.

The girl at the drive thru was very rude. I apologized because I forgot to order for my friend and there were no cars behind me. I would have understood if she had a line but she didn’t. She ignored my apology and didn’t even say you’re welcome or anything. No smile nothing. Maybe she needs to be reminded to be a little friendly,it doesn’t cost much.

I asked for a cup of water with my order and asked that the water be run for a second because it always tastes funny. When I got it of course tasted bad so I threw it out and asked for a refill, then it tasted ok. Thats just my tip.

I’ve never had issues. For me it’s always been ready and on time for mobile pick up orders. I am so glad it’s my neighborhood Starbucks. It’s my go-to spot!

Awful customer service at this location. As a walk-in, I was totally ignored for minutes (I should've walked out, but I needed my little pick-me-up). Finally was acknowledged, only to wait 5 more minutes, while everyone customer in drive through got their drink. There were 5 on staff, come on guys!

Really disappointed when I pay $5.75 for a drink (more than $6 after tax) and ask for light ice, just to get a whole cup full of ice. I purposely ask for light ice at Starbucks because if you don’t, you’ll get more ice than actual drink and get maximum 6 sips out your drink then you’re done. I hate being a “karen” but if I’m paying for an overpriced drink I least expect what I ask for. I would have asked them to remake it but I was on the way to work and didn’t have time.

There is a fundamental flaw in the business model of this Starbucks in that they inexplicably prioritize online orders over the sad sack that walks in for his daily Joe. This is the only Starbucks that does this intentional "ignoring" tactic as a part of its Standard operating procedure. Get your act together kids.. and Starbucks..how about hiring an adult to keep the kids in line! Dunkin donuts is just down the block and their hospitality gets 4 stars.
