I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade. I was waiting for a long time, for a place that was not busy at that time. I saw workers standing around. Anyway, I received my order and my drink is not filled completely. I am upset at this inconvenience, and I was looking forward to this drink the entire day. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of attention to my drink.

While visiting family this Thanksgiving, this Starbucks was in walking distance from our hotel. We enjoyed a coffee & cocoabreak with our grandson there.
Yup! We call it Ten bucks not Starbucks. 🤣

At the drive thru window the barista red/orange curl barista, was rude, short tempered and NOT ACCOMIDATING for the amount of money we spend on coffee at Starbucks and with all coffee shops I can to ,to be treated this more than ,almost everytime I go!! THANKS STARBUCKS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NOT!!!!

Rude customer service the employees will either ignore you, roll their eyes, or act annoyed just because you walk in to pick up the mobile order you placed and waited patiently for it to be ready. Quality of drinks have also been lacking as it is never filled fully

Drive through is too slow on morning, almost impossible just to grab and go, have to wait about 20 min for my coffee what’s really ridiculous

This is 3rd times the drive thru lady's can't get my Strato Frappuccino drink right plus gave me 1 ice water. Instead of I ask TWO Ice water.... And than I have to pay another drink. That's really ridiculous.
The drive thru shouldn't rush our drinks.

I used to order my latte online prior to getting off the bus. Latte was never filled to the rim very light to be six dollars and requesting a tip. One day I asked for water after I walked in. I was ignored, I waited around and asked again. Nothing, the third time I asked I got attitude and the barista said well she didn’t hear me because she had a head set on. I shouldn’t have to scream to ask for water. She kept going go after I said they heard me because I asked when I walked in initially because they made eye contact with me and if you didn’t hear something you ask is there something I can help you with not ignore the fact they’re just waiting at the counter. She made my water with such attitude I threw it away and have never been back to this location. I’d rather go down the street they’re more welcoming and they actually offer water with your purchase.

Can’t say anything about the atmosphere since I didn’t go inside. The coffee was great. I love their ham & Swiss croissants. The line at the drive-thru didn’t take very long. The barista was super polite and pleasant. I like going to this Starbucks.
