I ordered the new chocolate covered strawberry frappuccino with 2%, extra strawberry puree and 1 shot of expresso so not too complicated right?Well it took them 3 times to get it right!!How hard is it to read the labels right.And it wasn't even crowded so long story short I ended waiting for 20 minutes for a drink that takes 6 to 7 to make. Worst Starbucks experience and the drink tasted terrible. This location sucks.

Hello, the reason I’m writing this review because when I checked the work hours of this Starbucks, Google said they close at 08:00 PM, so I get at this location at 07:25 PM to my surprise they are closed. If you are closed why don’t you update it on your end, and don’t make customers waste time. I’m very disappointed.

Very poor service. I was standing behind someone who was paying for about 10 minutes. The supervisor made it her duty to avoid eye contact and pretend I don't exist, no surprise since the supervisor in question was no more than 20 years old and probably only communicates via social media. 0 stars

i ordered a coffee with steamed half & Half. i got the coffee right away but had to wait more than 10 minutes for my steamed milk and when i politely told this new employee and this disrespectfultall guy that i'm in a hurry, they both replied with an attitude telling me to wait still. Wait for what? it takes 10 seconds. Now my coffee is cold so i just asked for a refund and left. right after the new management took over in late April of 2023 and some of the previous employees left there Everything changed to the worst at this location!! . IMHO The new management including a few employees there need to find another job that doesn't require good customer relations.
